Silas was having fun with this little ball and would continue to practice for a little while since he had the motivation. Silas pondered on the idea of learning either more Genjutusu or Ninjutsu. After all he didn't have very many striking techniques only things to conceal his presence and destroy the enemies mind. [1/3]
Silas focused more on the form of the ball and how to create a bigger ball by focusing on the chakra level. Wanting to make sure that this wasn't a one time thing Silas called off the releasing of chakra. Silas performed a couple hand seals, stepped into the light, and practiced with the purple chakra once more. The coloration of the ball sparked an interest in Silas and he really liked playing with his chakra but it lacked form. Silas played around with the ball expanding it's size and shrinking it's size. Overall he didn't have any problems. [2/3]
Silas called the ball off and held up his palm so that he could look at it. Focusing with his mind and trying to release through his palm Silas saw the raw chakra that poured from his hand. The purple coloration, the steamy figure, and feel of pure energy all right in the palm of his hand. Silas stopped and left to go into a training room where he would work on some jutsu for the future. [3/3]

Silas walked into one of the training rooms and performed the Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique), then by remembering the small scroll that he had found on the shelf it read how to perform the Kiri Shikaku no Jutsu (Mist Vision Technique). By performing the hand seals Silas started to see the fog clear up in his eyes so that he could see around the room but shortly after it stopped and he could only see a thick mist. [1/3]
Silas practiced the hand signs and chakra placement before starting the jutsu up again. The room was very warm and the mist felt cool against his skin. The technique made his iris' expand and contract like when they respond to light. He looked around and could see hazy outlines turn into full objects but they were still kind of fuzzy. [2/3]
Finally practicing enough and applying more chakra Silas felt the mist roll along his skin but he could see as if nothing were obscuring his vision. He had finally learned the technique and was ready to put it into action. [3/3]

Silas took out a advanced Chunnin Ninjutsu earth scroll and highlighted two jutsu he wanted to perform. Fixating a small gourd of sand onto his belt Silas started to perform the hand seals to perform the jutsu. [1/4]
Silas watched as the sand started to encase the target on the other side of the room. He looked at his gourd and the top hadn't even popped off. That was probably the reason there was so little sand trying to consume the dummy. [2/4]
Silas popped of the cork to the gourd and performed the hand seals once more and watched as Sabaku Kyuu (Desert Coffin) took place by shooting out towards the bottom of the dummy and holding the dummy in place as it slowy made it's ascent up to encumber the dummy. [3/4]
As the dummy slowly became encumbered, Silas put out his hand and crushed his hand into a fist. The snapped in five different places and Silas started to breathe normally again. This technique and the next technique he was going to learn were really going to make a difference to his technique combos. [4/4]

Silas jumped for joy and pondered on how dangerous these techniques are but hey maybe he needed them later on when he would go into the Chunnin exams. Silas opened up the scroll and looked at the next *Sand* technique. Sabaku Sousou (Desert Funeral)
Silas had already let his sand out so he started performing the seals. The seals were the same as before he noted except for the next little bit of seals added to the end. Silas also noted that the difference between this technique and the other was that this was the part that did the most crushing. [1/4]
Silas motioned his arm towards the next target and the Sand began to rise up the target's "legs". After using his other arm to encase another target as the sand dispersed and covered both targets Silas closed his fists to complete decimate his targets. [2/4]
Silas prepared for the technique again. But he started to notice the difference between the Coffin between the Funeral. Coffin did the wrapping and the tightening to break limbs. Funeral crushed the bodies altogether! Silas motioned his arm up another target's "leg" and crushed the target with ease. [3/4]
Silas like the old Kazekage Gaara were similar in how to think strategically but they did not share the blood lust that Gaara had felt in his early years. Silas performed the seals jumped backwards, turned, and motioned both arms towards a target. The sand immediately covered the target and Silas closed his fist thereby crushing the target. [4/4]

Silas looked at the even more deadly technique and decided to work on the techniques of Sand. Gokusamaisou (Sand Prison Burial)
One of the most scariest of all Sand Jutsu but Silas was prepared to learn this technique in order to show his superiors how strong he really was. Silas sat down and started to gather his chakra by meditating. [1/5]
Silas when ready quickly opened his eyes and performed the necessary seals with deadly precision. Silas then pushed his right arm out and focused on the sand. The sand moved towards the target and started to twirl slowly. But this wasn't enough for Silas, he needed more sand. [2/5]
Silas quickly got up and grabbed a larger gourd one size bigger than small and filled it with sand. Silas went back to sit and meditate on his chakra focus. When Silas contained his chakra he opened the gourd and the sand shot out and around the target. Silas performed the hand seals with precision and intensity. The sand around the target shifted and turned slightly but Silas turned his arm a little to the right and the sand started to shift more violently. [3/5]
As Silas focused more on the sand his chakra was being immensely drained. The target was starting to sink into the sand leaving no trace of it ever being there. Pouring more chakra into the technique the ground started to become sand itself and the target had no where else to go but down. Down to the dark hell that was in Si's mind. [4/5]
The target was thrashing wildly as the sand was spinning fast enough that a child would get caught in if they wandered to close. Nothing can stop sand it is more difficult to get out of than water. You can breathe and your mind is telling you how horrible it is going to be as you suffocate but in this whirlpool of sand you'd be crushed. Silas closed his fist and heard one big crunch as the target was crushed. Silas fell back and looked up to the ceiling and sighed. "Whew what a technique!" Silas got up, drank some tea and made his way to the Kazekage's office. [5/5]

Silas ran into the academy and went into the room that he usually went into to train in. When he got there he opened up his Sunagakure Genjutsu scroll. This scroll had all of the Genjutsu that were created throughout all of the village's past. Silas skimmed over the techniques he has learned and looked at another technique in particular the Mougo Shibaku no Jutsu (False Strike Technique). With this technique Silas could be almost punched and then form a hand seal to move out of the way except the prey who falls victim to this technique would still hit a target or so they thought. Silas practiced on his hand seal first making sure that he did the precise hand seal at the right time. [1/3]
Silas then started to practice performing the seal and jumping out of the way. In the Genjutsu universe Silas could see what was going on and what needed improvement. The stronger he believed that the illusion was real the more realistic the jutsu became. After moving out of the way after being falsely hit, Silas then worked on putting all of the technique together. [2/3]
Silas pretended that someone was coming at him. He tensed his legs and put his dominant foot behind him in order to get a springing lift off. Next was the hand seal, just before his "opponent" struck him Silas performed the hand seal and sprung backwards out of harms way. The opponent would strike the non-Silas in hopes that Silas would be obliterated by the technique. But in reality Silas was in front of the attacker just a couple feet away, ready to strike hard at the opponent with a Sand attack. [3/3]

Silas opened and searched through the scroll again this time knowing exactly which Genjutsu to look for. Saboten Uchinuku Meimu (Cactus Punch Illusion), this would add on to the technique he had just learned and the after effect would be as if the opponent punched a cactus. Since the pain was in the world of Genjutsu the opponent would not come out of Genjutsu state. Silas prepared by performing the hand seals slowly and gaining speed as he practiced. [1/3]
Silas continued to work on the technique and when he imagined what the technique would look like the needles started to sprout out of is skin. The needles could grow larger or smaller depending on Si's thoughts. Silas wanted long enough spikes to do some damage to the attackers hands. Silas made the needles three inches long and that would immobilize any hand or leg. [2/3]
Silas was prepared to perform the technique in unison with the Mougo Shibaku no Jutsu (False Strike Technique). Silas performed the cactus skin jutsu first and then created the false strike technique so as the opponent struck the body he was also striking the cactus skinned body. Silas sighed at his new abilities but just wasn't so sure on how it would work. Silas sat down and took out a bottle of tea and took some swigs to regain his lost chakra. [3/3]

Ganchou arrived and looked around for the young squirt. "Come on, we've got to get started!" he exclaimed, waiting.

stepping out from behind a door Lucas looked at his new sensei. "well? what you gonna try first?" he said with a sinical hint in his voice.

"Well, what DO you even know?" He shot back. Even if Lucas was a Miyamoto, Gan had a limit. And once he hit it, he'd show no mercy.

realizing that this man did have the edge of experience in this dimention he gave in. "i have only been able to assimilate with solids. and i know the basic jutsu like kai and substitution jutsu. i've enjoyed more learning about techniques instead of actually learning how to use them... how did you split yourself when assimilated when i couldn't?" he asked confuzed about that fact.

He squinted at the man for a second, then grunted. "It's all a matter of visualization. Concentrate on the atoms separating, and they will. Making them move once they're apart is another matter. Basically, think like there was an explosion in the middle of you, and little bits are shooting off into every direction. Then, just think of it in reverse." Demonstrating, he absorbed some of the wall, then exploded outwards into a cloud of hanging stone particles, before acting like he was in rewind and reassembling himself. "Concentrate."

Lucas attempted to do as he was told. first thing he did was assimilate with the steel of his knife. he imagined himself pushing apart at the molecular level. wasn't hard since he'd had some experience with self-imposed molecular alterations. only half of those had ever turned out well and he had been lucky enough to have all effects reversed as none would have ever done him good. at least not in this dimention. while trying he could feel the molecules shift but they wouldn't quite seperate. having failed that he attempted to again. he thought about how it had felt the one time he'd been stupid enough to fall for the old explosive tag in the cookie gag. luckilly he'd had the secrets of jaishin at the time and had only needed to be stiched back together. the memory made his muscles sore but he found that he suddenly burst apart. now all he needed to do was to bring himself back together.
