neonibbles I have a nasal spray that works good. But I try not to use it that often. The doc said I should use it every day. But it is a steriod... I was just perscribed a steroid nasal spray. The Dr told me that it's an insanely low dossage, less than what the body produces naturally, and my girlfriend, who's in nursing school and has books that list all RX drugs and everything known to man about them confirmed what the Dr. said. I wouldn't worry too much as long as you follow the instriuctions.

That's so scary Butterfly, I don't blame your mother for monitoring your use. I used to use that stuff in the winter b/c of bronchitis-related sinus junk. Luckily, I never liked the way it felt, so only used it when I HAD to. I had no idea until fairly recently that OTC meds can be so bad for you.

i used to have a nasal spray, it was fab, it was in a little pressurised canister like a mini inhaler. they sell it over the counter now but it comes in a bottle that you pump yourself, no good at all now, the spray is too heavy, half of it runs back out of your nose and you swallow the rest, tasty rolleyes so i'll stick to my antihistamines i think.

Well the spray I use is an OTC and the doctor says he swears by it. He is an Ear, Nose, and Throat doc so I belive him. He says he uses his everyday. Once in each side every morning. And I must admit, I do feel bad when I don't use it. I used to suffer "big time" on Wednesdays. That is the day they cut the grass at the campus I work on. But now I can actually smell the cuttings, and it doesn't bother me. Now other smells still affect my asthma, but that is a different thing all together.

Oh, just think of all the cute pictures we will get to see. In fact, you could start a whole new thread just for kitty pics. That would be great!

well i'm a bit ticked off! i just received a PM from some girl, i don't know who she is, asking if i would donate the G-Lol gown that's in my shop. what a cheek. i bought it as it was 500 cheaper than store price, so i thought i'd resell for 250 profit, then i'll get the orange one that i prefer. then i get people begging! now maybe i'm being a bit hardline but i think she's got a nerve. i like to give, to people i know, who are questing. but for a total stranger to ask me to give away something as pricey as that scream
hmm, can you tell i'm a tad pre-menstrual ??? rolleyes
anyway she got a fairly polite declination to her request, considering my hormonal state! depends on what she has to say in return though...

this was my first experience of that kind, i expect i will ignore them if i get anymore, well i hope i will anyway, she didn't have anything else to say anyway. so it counts in her favour that she didn't get abusive because i said no to her.
