"Basil! Thunder Wave!" Arekku called from atop Aro in the sky, they were being chased by a flock of Wingull. An attack accidentally went the wrong way and hit the flock, enraging them. The Lanturn's yellow orb glowed brightly releasing a small blue electric blast into the flock, effectively paralyzing them. Arekku brethed a sigh of relief as he texted back to base on his TADS about the paralyzed flock and the reason for their status conditions. "Basil, good work, thank you." He had Aro, his Aerodactyl, drop low near where Basil floated on the waves.
"I wonder how long it will take for them to get here." Just then a small boat of people road out to their position and healed the birds back to health and they were sent back out, not turning around to mess with the team. "I hate not being able to deal with something like that myself. Anyways thanks guys." The team nodded and took off again.
"Well, let's get closer to the the island to continue training, okay?" Basil and Aro nodded and the three began their way back to Aquos island.

Night narrowed his eyes at Scraggy, somewhat insulted. Dusk pulled another candy out of seemingly nowhere and offered it to Tropius, sensing friendly feelings from it. Shaydas watched as Kipper attempted vainly to dig up the Sandile, who simply made more sand to keep itself buried.
"I blame coincidence," Shaydas joked at Rex's statement.

Tropius happily accepted the candy. Scraggy turned around, Night was still there. Scraggy looked to his left, then his right quickly, then charged towards Night, preparing a Headbutt.
"Fine, didn't wanna name your Pokemon after me." Rex pretend sobbed. "I see how it is."

Night watched as Scraggy charged at him. He simply sat there and watched as Scraggy slipped on a bit of sand that Kipper had kicked in that direction while trying to dig Rex out. Meanwhile, Dusk had climbed on top of Tropius and was playing around. Shaydas looked at his feet, which were now buried under about six inches of sand. "I'm not good with empathy, Rex," he said. His P*DA beeped a couple of times. He took the device out of his bag and read the message on the screen. "Huh... Looks like Arekku's here, too," he noted. "Wanna go up to the surface and see what he's doing?"

"Scraggy...." Scraggy ran into the corner and hid, embarrassed at such a fail. "Yeah, lets go see him, haven't seen him in a while." "Tropi!" Tropius smiled at Dusk playing on her back. She dropped another banana, caught it with her wing, and offered it to Dusk. "Tro?" Tropius asked. "Oh Scraggy..." Rex recalled his embarrased Pokemon.

Before Dusk could accept the fruit, Shaydas recalled his Pokémon and pulled himself out of the pile of sand that had accumulated around him. He headed to the surface and looked about for anyone. He saw Arekku on a flying Pokémon somewhere in the sky. He waved his paws to try to get his attention. Meanwhile, Rex had let himself out of his Ball and buried himself in the warm sand on the beach.

Rex followed Shaydas, recalling Tropius. "I don't think he sees us." Rex sighed.

Shaydas sighed. "Probably. Oh, well. It's been a while since I've been up here," he shrugged. "Where'd Rex run off to?"

"I'm right here." Rex raised his hand stupidly. "Oh wait, you mean Sandile." Rex laughed at himself. "I don't know really."

*Teleports in with Xatu* "I kinda doubt anyone's up at this hour. Gives me some time to check the Holosseum system."

Rex walked in through the teleporter. "Hmm, so bored." Rex sighed. Klink appeared out of its Ball. "Klink..." It floated over by Thard's head, looking over his shoulder. "Klink....?" "Dang it Klink." Rex said.

In struggling with a particularly stubborn bolt, the wrench suddenly slips loose and flies into Klink. "The heck?" I wonder, not realizing I had an audience. "Wah! Oh, Klink. Hi Rex, welcome to the HQ Colosseum."

"Its nice, haven't been here before." Rex said. Klink gets a little annoyed but then looks at the bolt in question. "Klink?"

"It hasn't seen much use lately, but I still like to come by now and then to make sure the systems still work." I apply a couple drops of oil and give the bolt another twist. "RrrrrrrAAH! There we go." I carefully remove the hatch cover so I can inspect the inner workings.

Klink looked at Thard, trying to offer some help. "Klink.....?" Rex sighed as Klink was probably gonna break something.
