(((OOC: YAY! Ash has bitchy internet again! Nothing loads and this page barely loaded... and not even properly. Anywho, added the Haruhi Suzumiya song for Shou and added some Ono Daisuke songs and some Kamiya Hiroshi songs that I want to use later. Some for Koy... but actually some of them for Naoko too, hehe. Gonna post for Koy then go to bed cause I'm sick of pushing refresh all damn day long...))) 
Yuuji smiled to Michi, "Actually, Narcissus-san is having Yammi-san and his band play the entire show... so we'll want Suzaku-san to start working with you for your first single." the man made it clear that right now, Michi didn't need to worry about a new hire carrying the show.
Yammi's group could easily do it all since they wouldn't have to leave stage. Made for less prep time between vocalists too actually.
Eventually Yuuji took Suzaku with him, leaving both Akihiko and Tanaka alone once more.
To his friend's need of beer, the musician could only laugh as he passed him one of the Asahi's on ice at the other end of the table. "I hadn't meant to put you on the spot. I wouldn't have actually... is Suzaku-san hadn't said anything." the young tiger spoke, pouring another shot for him then sitting back comfortably, watching the liquid swirl in the shot glass absently.
"You voice is better because I've heard him somewhere... but I can't place it..." Narcissus sighed, downing the shot then closing his eyes for a moment.
He set the glass back down, grabbing a beer for himself before getting comfortable in the chair again.
The urge to tell Tanaka that Suzaku wasn't who he said he was bit at Akihiko... but Michi had enough on his plate right now, and he didn't want to freak the poor guy out.
However, Yuuji had done some very VERY fast digging on his ipad while in the car with Suzaku, and had forwarded his findings to the young Koyasu to better prepare himself.
Official records, documentation, photographs, of Happy Records and it's employees was easy enough to dig up. Yuuji didn't think Izo's hands were dirty with this one because international murders were a different business altogether and he didn't think the spider would reach that far. There was also the knowledge that Happy Records had come to Ohayou to pay back some hefty loans... and Ohayou had declined. Yuuji had only speculated that they'd made the same offer to Matsumoto and SMASH refused as well... which lead to the logical conclusion of a hit job just for money.
The seedier side of the world that Takagi understood and Akihiko could only barely grasp was something he'd rather keep far from his person... but Yuuji'd told him just the same.
However... photos of the young man's family had indicated a physical resemblance that simply didn't match up when one traced such delicate things as cheek and chin structures just to start with.
So that left the notion that Suzaku-san wasn't who he claimed to be... yet a very talented man nevertheless.
Akihiko had argued over text message with Yuuji that perhaps he was a plant of Izo's... but the apparent hatred of the spider and actually stunned Takagi, who had at the time thought the same thing, and so the argument had been halted because there was no evidence.
Narcissus wouldn't give a budget to an imposter, no matter the talent, but he would bring him into the fold just enough to help Ohayou. After all, if Suzaku-san didn't sign with them, he'd go elsewhere and likely get a solo contract... thus hurting Ohayou in the long run.
Sighing, blue eyes focused on Michi and Akihiko couldn't help but laugh slightly. "You and Ruki are going to blow the audience away, Michi-kun. Don't worry about that. Besides... I'd much rather have you crooning in my ear than Suzaku-san." he teased with a wink before taking a sip of his beer.

Sadness sinks, and look, the night comes to an end. 
By the time he was leaving, Suzaku had his suspicions that everyone else had their suspicions. Just...something in the way Narcissus had looked at him...
Either way, he didn't really care, outside of the fact that he just needed time. If he could managed to get enough time to accomplish what he had set out to accomplish, then it didn't matter to him if his lie got busted and they kicked him to the curb.
Though...in a way it did bother him...he liked the people at Ohayou. Genuinely.
To betray them wasn't exactly the best thing to do...but he also knew he didn't have an option, agenda or not. If he popped up as who he truly was, having defected from SMASH...well, he'd probably be truly dead within the week.
Still, all of this was a means to an end. If he did accomplish his goals, then he would be able to live in the light again...be who he truly was. Suzaku would become nothing more than a public persona.
His name was Nagasaki Jun...and one day he swore he'd hear that name fall from another persons lips without disdain once more.
Sitting in the back of the limo again, the blond guitarist sighed, stretching his arms a little.
"Yeah...definitely to the hotel for me. I'm tired." he commented to Yuuji. Man, it made him sound like an old man!
"Busy day." the new hire added with a grin.

Let the Memories of the Evening be...

Fingertips...walking up your spine...a tongue sliding right behind..
"Yeah well I didn't expect him to ask either, I mean....great. Who knows what the guy is thinking about me. God. I'm such a newb." he groaned as he took the Asahi and opened it taking a deep swig. "Well, I hope Nakai-san is right and the man can play. You know Nakai-san does have a wicked sense of humor."
"Mm...Ok...so yeah he reminds me of someone too...but right now, I don't know who." Michi agreed then went back to drinking. The beer was good going down his throat. It was enough to get his mind on other things.
"I hope so. I'm going to try my best. I need a bit of practice time with your band I think. I hope they can play pop....Yammi-san doesn't seem like that type you know?" he chuckled a bit thinking about the smoking guitarist. The man probably was groaning over the music already.
In fact even as Michi was humored by the thought, Narcissus' phone buzzed with a text message.
Text: WTF? Michi-kun's music is like..My drummer needs a beat box for this!
Michi glanced over to Narcissus as the phone buzzed then took another drink, "Your fans are probably waiting to see Ishi-san. Never imagined that he had such...well passion. Always thought he was a workaholic. Never would have guessed he had any talent at all."
Then Narcissus' phone buzzed again.
Text: BTW, got Lucky's music. 3 separate songs. 2 we've heard. One new. And Full frigging compositions. Nice. Who scored all this? I've even got hand written notes when to cue Lucky. Kind of weird and cool at the same time. Yammi.
Michi didn't even realize at the time that he and Yammi were in sync with their thoughts. He leaned a little forward in his comfy chair and laughed, "You'd rather have me crooning in your ear? Man you're spoiled. What am I going to do with you....?" The things he wanted to do....he couldn't do.
Quickly he sucked down another draught of the beer and sat up straight grabbing the karaoke book and thumbing through, "You sing first! Let's get this thing going." He wasn't about to let the young tiger push him to karaoke first. "And I'm going to choose your first artist but you can choose his song.... Choose one of Azriel's songs." he smirked as pointed to the small lists of Azriel's songs that were available and gave the book to Narcissus. He wanted to see if Narcissus could pull off his 'look alike's' tunes.

As the early breakfast was finished, Shou, got up and put his plate into the dishwasher while Haru finished his coffee. "So...after everyone is finished, things are going to move quickly. I've got to get dressed, and Ko needs to be dressed too. Mm...I suppose I'm taking him to NHK. I've not spoken with Naoko-kun."
Izzy glanced up, "You sure you want to take him to NHK?"
Ko hopped off the chair and put his dish in the dishwasher. "I'll go with my Uncle. Then I'll get to play too!"
For a moment, Izzy pondered that thought. Shou was just the type to follow through with the game plan. "You said Naoko-san might take him to the Aquarium after the doctor's. How are you going to manage the appointment?"
Shou tilted his head. "Rescheduling is always possible." He watched Ko close the dishwasher and then grab a Clorox Wipe to clean off the counter. His nephew really was a tidy lad. At least, his sister had taught him good manners, Shou thought to himself.
Haru sighed then got up from the table putting his cup and bowl into the dishwasher. "Right. I'll change the schedule. We can have Ko stay with you in the dressing room until your called to stage then...once your called, he can stick to me."
"I'll take him on stage with me and he can play...that will keep him out of your hair by the time the music goes up." said Shou as he plotted out the day. "Besides plenty of them are curious about him and Ko could play my song on the piano in his sleep." he laughed a little and then tousled Ko's hair.
"I can play anything in my sleep." Ko laughed, "But isn't Uncle Naoko coming to take me to see the fish? Did he forget?" A small pout formed on the boy's lips as he looked up at Shou.
Izzy smiled then interjected, "I'm sure your Uncle Naoko didn't forget. All Shou needs to do is call him. Right?" His gaze trailed up and held his boat companion's eyes. The firm look was one that Shou knew well enough....Shou probably wouldn't refuse Izzy's silent request.
Haru pulled out his phone and smirked, "I'll call him and make sure he's on his way." Quickly, he dialed the number to Naoko's phone, before Shou could say a word edgewise, hoping that the younger Oumori was out of bed. Although, he had to wonder because it was very early in the morning.
But whether or not it was answered by voice or voice mail, Haru said, "Naoko-kun, are you going to make it over here to take Ko-kun to the doctor's and Aquarium. If not, Shou-sama is taking him to NHK. We're already up and preparing for the trip. We're going to be in a bit of a hurry here..."

Quite literally the very second Naoko answered his phone... he also knocked on Shou's front door.
"Yamada-san? That knocking at the door, yeah that's me." the pianist said with a slight smile, amused by the seemingly perfect timing. "I was hoping to take Ko with me today since Shou's so busy. Besides, he's got that doctor's appointment... missing that is really out of the question, isn't it?" he asked, thinking that of all things, Ko needed to see a psychiatrist more than he needed to be in the limelight right now.
Akihiko laughed, "Being new is hardly a bad thing. Besides, he really didn't have the right to ask because new artists tend to have to be paired with who the company thinks is best. Then again..." the musician smirked lightly. "You ARE a rather special case..." he teased, taking a drink of his Asahi just as, oddly enough, his phone vibrated.
Taking the device from his pocket, Narcissus read over the texts. "Yammi-san's freaking out." he laughed, amused by the texts. "I think your pop style's irking him. He'll be fine of course but apparently his drummer needs a beat box."
Quickly, Akihiko sent a reply text;
'Whatever you need, Yammi-san, get it. But it's only pop music. Surely you can handle that. You do fine when I have a pop song. As for Izzy's works well... secret is, Shou-san pretty much scored it. Lost at sea I suppose one does get bored and, rival companies or not, it was a good outlet for them both, ne? Don't worry, Yammi-san. I've complete faith in you and your boys.'
Setting the phone on the table, Akihiko blinked. "Hmm? What are you going to do with me? Well for starters, you're going to become a big hit." he teased with a half smirk until suddenly the young tiger was being told to sing.
"Wait, don't I have to KNOW the songs to sing them? I've never even heard that crazy man's songs. How am I supposed to karaoke them?" Narcissus asked with a raised eyebrow.
It looked like it was going to be a long and interesting night.
THANKFULLY, Yuuji had dropped Suzaku off at the hotel already. So it wasn't going to be a long night for everyone.
Nakai couldn't help but laugh softly as the car stopped. "You'll smell that Kobe burger and want it as soon as we get inside. Trust me." he said, opening the door and getting out. "Besides... I have this odd feeling that in the middle of the night you're going to beat me over the head with a pillow because I gave you nightmares now." the guitarist teased, making sure Chiyou got out of the car okay before closing the door.
"I'm starving... work always makes me hungry though."

Shou heard the knocking at the door and turned his head as his brow furrowed.
"Yes, that would be good. And he shouldn't miss his appointment." Haru answered as he heard the knock. "That would be Naoko-kun." Haru said as he got up and ended the call before walking to the door and opening. "Well, the little mite will be glad you made it."
It was then Ko burst out of the kitchen and came running down the hallway. "UNCLE NAOKO!!! I want to see the FISH!" The young boy leaped up against Naoko giving him a Giant boy sized hug! "I want to see the Sharks. Like...umm...You-san's shark! I want to take a picture to show him what I saw! Soo...we need to take your phone too...with the camera!"
Izzy chuckled and looked up at Shou with a smile, "You can show him off on stage another day. Doctor's appointment and Fish come first."
"I suppose you're right." Shou shook his head but he couldn't hold back the smile on his face as he watched Ko hug Naoko. The young man had a way with kids. It was a good thing. And well, after Jun's death, it was good to have happiness in the house. Shou really couldn't be sad in front of Ko. He had to be a strong parent for Ko's because he didn't want the boy's good memories from Christmas to be soured by an additional tragedy. One scary incident was one too many for Ko in Shou's honest opinion. And that deep thought caused Shou to frown slightly. Maybe he should have been happy for all the security that swarmed outside. But, he really hated living like this.
"Ko, why don't you go get your clothes on so you can go out with Naoko-kun." said Shou as he walked into the hallway and looked towards the three.
"Ok!!!" Ko called back then squirmed out of Naoko's arms and ran off to his room.
Haru glanced down at Ko as he ran off then back up at Naoko. "I'm going to have you shadowed by two men that will keep you under constant surveillance. They won't be able to go into the doctor's office but I think you and Ko will be safe in there. They will stay outside. When you go to the Aquarium, they will be near by. Mostly they will be watching for people around you rather than what you and Ko are doing. When you're done, meet us back here." He handed Naoko a key to the house as he spoke, "There will be guards here and they will be expecting you."
Shou looked Naoko over and said, "I'll send Ko with a pull on knit hat that covers his face for the cold if he wants it. It can be used as a mask if someone recognizes you. But since he's not with me, I'd like him to just have normal kid time if you understand what I mean. No one will recognize him...unless they recognize you. But you do pretty well maintaining a low profile on the streets. He can't go without a mask with me...unfortunately. He'd never get time for himself...and well, I'd like him to have some to be just Kokori."
So that's what Ko means, Izzy thought as he listened to Shou speak. Obviously Shou had so many things on his mind but somehow the mercurial star was thinking about these details. It surprised Izzy but it gave him a little more respect for his good friend who sometimes was too flighty for his own good. Izzy was a bit relieved especially since after spending just a bit of time with Ko, Izzy was almost certain that the boy was Yuuji's.

"Am I?" he smirked as he sipped his Asahi. "Freaking out? Wait? Is my song that bad? Oh...yeah...he does metal on the side...and your music. Man...I bet he's banging his head against the wall."
The text that came back almost smelled like the amount of cigarettes Yammi might be smoking at this point, 'I NEED a Beer. He's getting a beat box and throwing a drummer sized fit with sticks. Since when did we go Jpop? You're songs are only SLIGHTLY pop! Oh yeah...we can do it. But I want a large pitcher of beer or two afterwards so I can drown out the memories.'
Then the second text continued, 'Shou-san? Maji ni? Ok that's why the whole thing is so clear cut right down to the guitar licks. Bored? Hah! Yeah this is good for us. Oh thanks. I'm just kinda through my 2 pack of cigarettes pulling out my hair learning a 4 new songs in less than two days. Where are you?'
Michi laughed, "Well that wasn't what I was thinking because that's more like what I'm going to do for You!" He glanced over Akihiko's outfit and imagined other ideas but those were ones he had to push out of his head and quick. Being alone in this Karaoke room was making all those temptations very difficult to ignore.
By this time the phone was beeping again, Lucky's gotta come down and practice with us. That's an order from the band. Shou-san put this music together but Lucky...man, I want make sure he doesn't blanch on stage by himself. And...well bring Tanaka-kun too. We might as well get this all right the first time. Beatbox and all.
"Oh? Are you saying you're not skilled enough to handle his music?" Michi teased as he finished off his first Asahi and grabbed another. "I'm challenging you...You've challenged me to sing straight up in a couple nights so it's only fair!"
Yes...a very long and fun night for the both of them. A great detox from all the stress that was playing in their minds.

kawaita tsumori ame ga tsuzunaku katari kakeru namida wa seijaku ni...samayou yoru ga akeru"I'm not going to have nightmares over that!" Hideki squeaked as he hopped out of the car, holding tightly to Kai's hand. Of course, normally the young star wouldn't be clinging so hard to the guitarist out in public like this, but he needed the contact so he wouldn't fall down, run into something, or get lost. Sure, he was faring extremely well, given his circumstances, but in an unfamiliar environment, there was no telling. Therefore, Chiyou was practically draped over Nakai's arm as they headed into the restaurant, and, needless to say, this got them both quite a few looks and a good bit of unpleasant attention. "Is that...Chiyou-kun?" a young woman could be heard fawning over the young vocalist. "Nakai! The sexiest guitar player to ever..." another lady gasped to her friend. While many of the patrons of the restaurant tried to mind their own business, there were quite a few who decided it was a good time to catch a case of the "hot-star fever". "Why are they holding hands?" "That's weird..." "Are they a couple?" "Oh wow...that's kinda...hot..." "Disgusting..." "Kawaii!" The voices seemed to be coming from every direction, and none of them seemed to care that Chiyou was both blind and recovering from a traumatic event. "Kai....Kai...I'm...scared. I don't think I can deal with all these people..." Hideki whispered, squeezing the guitarist's hand so hard his knuckles turned white. In reality, it was nothing more than any star would get going into any bar, club, or restaurant on any given day...but to the young vocalist, every whisper sounded like a yell, every word felt like a sharp poke to the chest, and every presence seemed absolutely suffocating. If somebody didn't do something, the kid was very likely going to have a panic attack right there in the entrance of the restaurant. karada o tsutau ame ni furueru awai omoi guren no yuuwaku ni...samayou yoru ga akeru

Izzy drove home just as the sun really started casting it's light fully on the towers in Tokyo. He wondered how today's event would go for himself knowing that Shou's day was already in full swing. At least, Naoko had arrived to take Ko-kun to his appointment. Izzy had a feeling that Shou would have put the child on stage with him. It would be a very Shou thing to do. All Izzy could do was sigh in relief as he drove home. Well at least Shou and Ko would be coming over to their house after NHK and he hoped that they would enjoy the pancakes that Akihiko would make. Tonight surely would be more fun than the interviews.
At least with Shou's and....Ko's help, Izzy felt a bit more confident about his future performance. They had worked long hours even though Izzy knew that Shou should have been thinking about his own performance. The superstar had so much energy that Izzy had to work to keep up with the man. Maybe it was therapeutic for Shou considering how many other things that were plaguing the star's mind. Either way Izzy was appreciative. Shou promised him he'd come to see one of the shows even if he had to miss something else to do so. It felt good to have a good friend like Shou even though sometimes, Izzy couldn't understand him.
Carefully, Izzy parked the car and made his way into Akihiko's home....no...their home. He had to get used to that. Although to be honest, he really wasn't. This was only the first few days but still, he just didn't feel like he was moved in yet. Maybe it was because he really didn't have too many things. He needed to put some manga on the shelf somewhere...or maybe put something on the wall...something that said, I'm home.
He slipped into the house and tippy toed as quietly as he could. He had a feeling that Akihiko was still sleeping so Izzy was going to try something...He was going to try to make breakfast. At least, if he could make his partner something nice to eat for the start of his day, Akihiko would be able to start his day happily.
Izzy knew he wasn't too good in the kitchen but...he could make TOAST! And how hard could it be to make an egg? He could...microwave it? No wait...eggs probably weren't microwavable. Should he call Shou and ask? Noooo...Shou was going to NHK. Wait! There was a cooking channel on the tv...right?
But first things first, Izzy started the coffee in the machine. Yes, that was the easiest part of his morning. Coffee was one thing he could handle quite well in the kitchen. Even his Aunt could make coffee. And once that was perking along he glanced over to the refrigerator.
Picking up the remote, he turned on the tv that was built into the refrigerator door. OK! Seems like on the cooking channel they were going to make.... American scrambled eggs and a ton of other healthy breakfast foods. Akihiko would surely like it if he could make a healthy breakfast! YES!.... HE COULD DO THIS! Yes that is what he totally thought.
Running around the kitchen, he tried to follow the ingredients list; pouring eggs and milk in the bowl. Then he attempted to chop onions and started crying as he worked. He tried to stop the tears but wiping his eyes only made it worse! After cutting his finger from slipping on the smooth skin, he yelped in pain from the onion juice seeping in to the wound. Dropping the knife he clenched his teeth and held his hand up high trying to keep it from bleeding on the cutting board. "Owie!!"
Looking back up, he realized he missed a step or two on the TV as he tried to stop the bleeding. Racing to the sink, he grabbed a towel and wrapped it around his finger while searching for a mixer. Once he found something that seemed kind of like the mixer on TV, he plugged it in and put it into the bowl then turned it on....HIGH! He thought that putting it on high would help him catch up to the person on TV but the mixture sprayed out the sides of the bowl up the walls of the kitchen.
Izzy stared for a moment as the egg dripped down the wall and suddenly realized he still hadn't turned off the mixer!!! Clicking the button it stopped. And he sighed in relief and then looked up at the ceiling only to catch a drop of yellow that plopped on to his forehead. Ut....oh.....
Maybe he shouldn't have tried to make....eggs.
"Oh no....I need to clean this up! Before HE gets...up." Izzy exclaimed as he raced over to the cabinet and grabbed out the cleaning supplies and a long handled mop...for the ceiling.
