So having a stubborn character who -isn't- the perfect hero gets hard sometimes. I need to figure out what I'm gonna do with all of this that doesn't cause someone problems or have him miss the speech Sunny wanted everyone around for so bad.

@Fish: I actually really like where things are going. Kael comes off quite a bit more human than Rage does in my opinion, and I like how because of that their personalities are constantly clashing. But that could be because I'm tired of always seeing the same "the good guys work out their differences and save the day" thing. sweatdrop

That was a really good post by Desi. I enjoyed the read.
I feel bad for Athan, though.

What?
If I didn't do it Rain would have. >_>
[Edit]
Apparently the Diablo Battle Chest sells really well, because I just cracked it open to find a product catalog with the World of Warcraft expansion on the first page.
[Edit2]
... and a 14-day trial disk for World of Warcraft. sweatdrop

Man. I forgot how long ago this was... Diablo (the original) didn't even have a CD key.

I wonder how D3 will be.
Diablo is very similar to Baldurs Gate..I think. At first I thought it was made by the same company. It wasn't though. Dungeon Siege 2 is really good, made by the same company as Baldurs Gate.

Diablo III will probably be about the same as Warcraft III and what Starcraft II wll be.
The exact same game with shiny 3D graphics. Not that I mind, because when you do something good enough you don't need to change it.

Actually, I'm happy to hear that. My main goal with Kael is to have him come off as human as possible- he's not the hero, he's not the villain, or anything else. He's just a guy who wants to do some good but gets in his own way as much as anything else.
If that's coming across at all, it means I'm doing something right.
I'm just trying to work out my options at this point. Staying in character, they seem to be punch Rage despite knowing he's right, start saying things with intention of provoking him, actually take it in now that someone else has said it and wander off for time alone, or harass Sun about getting some explanations.
....I know the last one is what I should be doing, but it really is the hardest to figure out how to work to/with. It also demands me keep some attention and interaction as it all happens, and I'm leaving for a week or so Wednesday, so...
