Diablo 1 was fun and still is. It's funny though that I've yet touched the second one. It's mainly cause I'm procrastinating buying it.
@Matanago: It's still popular due to its variety and popularity. Star craft's just as old, but there's people too dedicated to it let it go. Not to mention, there's no sequel yet for it, so people have kept active in it, much like Diablo 2. Heck, there's still people who online frequently at Diablo 1. It's like playing cards. Despite it having the same form and cards themselves, you can make a variety of games built upon their concepts to never have them become boring.

Vahn Fah Diablo 2 is officially installed and ready. I'll catch up with you guys tomorrow.. I got it all installed yesterday morning, but I needed to crash so i only made lvl 2 xp

I think I -will- go out and get a copy of D2 now. If for nothing else than that I've never played through it and getting D3 without having beaten D2 would leave a gap in the storyline for me.
I did beat D1, at least.
Unfortunately, playing with you guys is a virtual pipe dream due to my schedule, unless it's just a couple hours at night.

I only beat D2 on single player.. I keep loosing my help on multi player, but I beat D1 a dozen times at least... it was why I wanted D2 so badly xp
I rarely finish a game on normal or easy mode, let alone then go back and play it all over again in the hopes of finding full sets of armor or other nifty things on a harder mode xd
they added onto the patch, so I need another rune list I believe*goes hunting for information* I wish I had Barb's account name still, she would have set me up in an hour no problem...
