Icarus watched Jethrow as he contemplated his food. She just rolled her eyes some, giving her own ice cream a lick. "Maybe if you eat it, you might remember." she said in jest, going back to enjoying her own frozen treat.

[OOC:] That was sarcasm m'dear dramallama Jethrow stuck his tongue out at Icarus before taking a lick of the ice cream cone. No memory came to him, but he continued to lick it anyways, finding that he really enjoyed the treat nonetheless. [OOC:] As for the abduction idea that sounds fun!

Icarus smiled some as the vampire stuck his tongue out at her. But she enjoyed her treat as well, grabbing his hand once more and interlacing her fingers with his. It felt comforting to hold Jethrow's hand as they had their little day to themselves.

[OOC] It's cool XD Jethrow allowed Icarus to take his hand, and he started to lead her away from the crowds gathering around the food booth. There was a large fountain in the center of the square where the flea market was, and he sat down on the edge, pulling Icarus to sit beside him.

Icarus followed the vampire, letting him lead her around as she ate. Soon they came to a quite beautiful fountain. Icarus could only study it for a moment before Jethrow tugged her down to sitting next to him. She couldn't help but smile though. As they sat together, Icarus leaned over and kissed the vampire's cheek.

[OOC: I am making it a freaking New Years' Resolution to keep up with this D:] Jethrow looked down into the fountain and saw several coins down on the bottom. Putting a hand in his pocket, he produced two pennies and held one out to Icarus. "Make a wish, love?"

Icarus glanced to Jethrow as he fished around in his pocket before producing two coins. She smiled some and nodded, taking one. The nightingale thought on her wish, occasionally looking at the coin, then staring into the water. Soon she smiled more, flipping the coin into the water and making her little wish. The girl then glanced to Jethrow, awaiting the vampire to make his own wish.

[OOC: AH! I MISSED YOU TOO! cat_redface I'm sorry for being a bad friend....] Jethrow looked down at the penny and thought hard about his wish. Finally, he flicked it into the water with his mind blank. He would let the Universe decide what was best for him. After all, he was a vampire. That canceled out a lot of things, such as the good of magic in his life. With a teasing smirk he looked up at Icarus. "So what did you wish for, love?"

Icarus smiled some and shook her head as she turned from the vampire. "Sorry. I can't tell you. Or else it wouldn't come true." she said with a small wink before going back to staring at the water and its lovely reflective surface.

[OOC: Eh I'm no less busy aside from being on vacation... burning_eyes ] Jethrow stuck his tongue out, though he wasn't sure if Icarus saw or not. She seemed to be staring intently at the water, and he leaned back on his hands, choosing instead to study the night sky. The stars were dim due to the lit up town square, but he could still make out some. He'd known the constellations when he was human, but he wasn't sure if he still remembered them. He hadn't tried to.

Icarus sat there for a while, staring at the water before glancing to Jethrow. She then followed his gaze up to the dim stars. The bird thought for a moment before taking the vampire's hand. "Come on." she said, giving no hints as to where they were going. Once she got him on her vespa, she took off through the city, heading out of it, but not to the school.
After a bit of driving, it was completely dark on the road that they were on. Soon, Icarus pulled off to a side road and followed it to the top of a hill. She turned off her bike and let the vampire off. Once the bike was safely leaning against a small tree, Icarus smiled and pointed up to the sky. "Better?" she asked, motioning to the multitude of stars and swirls of cosmic dust that were visible now.

[OOC: Yay! emotion_bigheart ] Jethrow thought about questioning Icarus, but he just put on his helmet and got behind her on the vespa. When they arrived at the hill and he realized that the point was to see the stars he smiled at her and wrapped an arm around her, kissing the side of her head. "This was nice of you..." he said softly. He stared up at the stars for a little longer, but found it hard to remember more than a few names and jumbled locations.

Icarus smiled and nestled close to Jethrow, enjoying his warmth as they gazed up at the stars. After some time, Icarus soon gave him a small hug before sighing. "We should get back to school. It's one in the morning." she said, looking to the vampire.

Jethrow sighed overdramatically and tilted his head towards Icarus with a pout on his face. "Do we have to?" he asked in his best "whiny American teen" impression. After, he smirked and took her hand, walking backwards towards the vespa.
