There was the sound of static followed by a screech on the megaphone:"ATTENTION, PROMETEERS!There will be a dance competition held within the Big Top Tent soon, so gather up your partners and make your way over there immediately if you wish to sign up!Good looking couples only. The skimpier the outfits the bet---..." -The voice suddenly cuts off, and there sounds to be a little bit of muffled discussion shortly after this, the microphone obviously being covered with a hand. There is another loud screeching of the microphone, before a much more un-gnomelike voice rings out, his voice sounding slightly flustered- "Anybody can join! Not just couples, but singles as well. Any type of outfit, any type of...er...phyiscal...attraction?" A certain zomboils voice, which hasn't been heard all night until now, stumbles over that last part. It is just a good thing the drink he had been taking all night to quell his voice wore just in time for him to interrupt... "Anyways, thanks! I hope to see you all there." The microphone goes off again with a dull thud, and the music continues on as though nothing had happened. At 1pm PST, signups will be held in the main event/big top thread for a dance competition! You will be able to sign up as a single or as a couple! Singles will be judged separately from the couples so that there will be a winner in each category!. THE DANCE COMPETITION ITSELF WILL BEGIN AT 3PM PST. AGAIN, SIGN UPS ARE AT 1PM!

DUCK PONDYves wasn't really sure how this game was supposed to go, nodding blankly at Tavis' suggestion for them all to take turns in deciding which of the game booths they wanted to take a gander at. He waited till both boils were done with their turns before stepping right up to reach for the ducks in the pond.

DUCK PONDYves had to resist making a face at the prize his previous catch had landed him, already half deciding to forfeit it entirely until the gnomette informed him dryly that he could always try a second time if he wanted. Well, of course he would do that and so it was back to the pond of vampire ducks for him again with the hope that he would get something else better this time round.

RING TOSSStepping up to take his turn at the ring toss, Yves gave a soft grunt of immense displeasure when something as seemingly simple as that didn't exactly go the way he had intended for it to. "Been practising much with this during classes?" He posed the question to Tavi, giving the little kitsune a wry smile as he congratulated him on his much more successful toss.

HELL'S BELLSSo this was supposed to be a test of one's strength? Yves gave a little snort at the gnome's explanation, reluctantly taking up the mallet when prompted to do so and not really trying very hard as evident by the slightly above mid-point level to which the lever rose as a result of his attempt. Hmph. It wasn't as if he needed to prove how strong he was with these games anyway though that too was a thought kept strictly to himself as he smiled at the voodoo doll that Tavi was excitedly showing both him and Zel from his win.

After the adventure at the fun house Mitsu decided to make her way back to the games area to wind down. As they walked she did her best to rid the glitter from Shun's person but as glitter usually was it spread like the plague and left a sparkly trail in their wake.
"It will take a few a few times through the wash to get this out I think.."
That aside she came to a pause by the duck pond as it was the first game along their path. She thought the little vampire ducklings were rather cute but had yet to know the wrath of their teeth. This time, however, as she reached down the little ducklings came up and snapped at her fingers.
"Oh, be nice." She scolded softly. Apparently she wasn't bothered by the idea of being bitten.

Indeed, Shun was still being plagued by glitter despite both his and Mitsu's efforts to get rid of it. He was going to need to take one hell of a shower later, and even that might not get rid of the damn stuff. And such, he still had a small cloud of irritation hovering above.
"Probably... Damn that gnome," he muttered under his breath.
And while Mitsu didn't seem to mind being snapped at, Shun felt otherwise. He glared at the little duckling, then snatched up one of its brethren. It was as if he was threatening to crush his comrade or something along those lines. But hey, he got a ticket for it.

BALLOON POPNow this game was new. Yves mused to himself, getting into the line of course for the beginners level board which had way more balloons than the other two. Taking hold of his allotted number of darts, he let them fly into the air, grinning at both Tavi and Zel when the gnomette patted his back and handed him his prize in the form of a single lone ticket.

BALLOON POPGetting into the queue again for another round, the horseman did the math for the points quickly in his head, nodding to himself as he deftly stepped in line for the expert level board that carried way fewer balloons but in return for more points should the players manage to pop one of them. He just needed to get one of them at least. That was what he told himself as he took a brief moment to compose himself before taking aim with his darts. But alas luck wasn't on his side this time and he gave a small shrug and a hmph sound when he stepped away to rejoin his friends who were waiting and cheering him on from the side.

Mitsu couldn't help but look up and stare at the cloud hovering over Shun's head. She still didn't know what to really make of his displayed emotions. Sometimes it was nice to know how he was feeling but she had learned to pick up on his subtle emotions.
Turning back to the pond Mitsu reached down and poked the little duckling as it once again tried to snap at her fingers. Just so that it wouldn't get the upper hand she snatched it up quickly, holding it so that her fingers were clear of its snapping beak. "He's grumpy I think..."

Tossing the duckling back into the pond, he noticed that one of them had snapped at Mitsu once more. And so, he decided to take that duckling this time and stared hard into its eyes. He didn't say anything. He just glared for some time before setting it back.
"Perhaps it won't be so grumpy next time," he stated after putting it away. Nodding at that, he turned towards her. The cloud diminished as he did so.
"Where to next?"
