Tora watched Rose unwrap the pink paper protecting the kimono. Inside was a silk pink kimono with roses in red thread. It had the traditional maiko sleeves and colar with it. The obi was and elaborate red with a green tie. She watched Rose's eyes look it over. Tora smiled. "Do you like it?"

Ayame stepped inside, her legs tired, but not harming her energy.
"Wow, what a beautiful kimono!" she exclaimed. "Rose, you're very lucky to own one." she dreamt of one day of owning a kimono like that.

*her eyes widen bigger that tht of fish eyes.. she closes her eyes and looks away, pushing it towards Tora* i cant accept this... its too extravagent for someone like me...

"Rose-chan, please," Tora pleeded, "I'd be honored if you take it. It was my kimono when I first became a maiko, I would like it to be your first too," she smiled.

Umemi woke up late and yawned as she slowly bathed and dressed to look respectable. She sighed and rang the bell so that she could get her morning tea. She had of course been away on business for the Okiya and needed to tell her girls if she could get them all into the same place at the same time.

A bell sounding interrupted Tora and Rose's hug. "It's mother, Rose-chan, I'll be right back." Tora stood and left the room and came to Mother. "Yes, Mother, how can I help you?" she asked smiling, sitting on her knees in the door way.

Miyoko wanted to makes friends with any of the maids at the okiya. She knew that eventually one of them would become a beautiful geshia and finally cast away their cottn robes for some of finer quality. But in her soul, she hoped that she would remain friends with them. She herself wasn't even planning on being a gesha. But she didn't want to give up hope. She would impress Mother somehow. She got up and went on to tasked that needed to be done.

As Miyoko was walking down the hall,Danceing to a tune in her head she saw Rose-sans door open. she looked very bored.Putting down the mop, she walked up to Rose and knelt next to her. " What a lovely kimono,Rose-san! You will get many comstamers with this one." Rose seem like a nice girl. Maybe they could be friends.
