Balancing
The breed balancing system has been tweaked to give more priority to recent dragons. This should have the effect of making the system "forget" about huge imbalances eventually rather than stubbornly trying to correct them for months (against the wishes of the users.)

Hopefully have been fixed.
Incoming Updates
There are some incoming updates (hopefully sometime this week). The list of changes includes:
Dimorphism (different male/female sprites) for a wider variety of dragons.
A secret new BSA
A change in the "minimum hatching/maturing" time limit from random 3-4 days to just 3 days (A.K.A. higher turnaround.)
Mod Mayhem
The next dragon release (Codename: Mod Mayhem) will be hitting DC in the next two weeks. Brace yourselves and cue speculation.

Aiyah, LOT of crits! I'm taking them all to Soti's then for a lil walk around Gaia. 3nodding Tomorrow I have to spend all day studying, for Saturday I have my Praxis II tests, which are pretty much the most important tests of my life. x.x If I don't pass, I can't graduate... It's my first time taking them... and a friend told me it took her 8 tries to pass... x_______X pd2care LOT'S of criticals. NEED SOME HELP HERE! Ah! DX Was wondering why my egg wasn't getting any views! It's not up there! DX  It only has 1 day and 22 hours left... gonk Added it to the NICU. Hope it works!

WOO, PITTSBURGH HAS DECLARED A STATE OF EMERGENCY CUZ WE'RE ALL SUPPOSED TO FLOOD! gonk I guess that's what we get for not having to deal with other natural disasters like tornadoes, earthquakes, volcanos and stuff... We have not 1, not 2, but 3 rivers! Well, if it floods where I live, that's ridiculous. The river is less than a mile from my house but I live on a very tall hill overlooking the river...

Sounds like eggs can hatch at 4 days instead of 3.5, so he's taking half a day off the time it takes to hatch/mature. That's what I got out of the announcement.
