Canadians, please know your Charter. When I point out that the Charter talks about the supremacy of God in the first line, it is a really bad idea to post a link of the Charter is refutation.

I am extremely confused right now. I logged in to find that I was a member of a guild called Kimbaba. It has 115 members, but when I checked the member's list, only the guild captian was a member. Even more confusing, I didn't have an option to leave the guild, as I wasn't a member. I did have an option to join though confused
Anyone else seen this?

Did you know that no one in Canada is racist? No, of COURSE none of us are. We don't have a neo-Nazi movement in the west. We don't have a functioning KKK. We never had years of tension between Anglos and Francos in Quebec, followed by the Oka crisis and the general wrongs done against Aboriginals cross country. We're all doughnut eating, beer swilling, colour blind HOSERS, too busy watching hockey to be racist. EDIT: Oh, and my cousin never rants about the '******** Injuns' getting free tuition. Nope, doesn't happen. He's not a racist AT ALL.

patch99329 LadyBanhammer I think I might have Irritable Bowel Syndrome... ._. That sucks. I have ulcerative colitis which is very similar. I take prescription meds 3 times a day, plus a store brought brand called colpafin if I get painful spasms (I reccomend them). My doc also suggested putting me on anxiety meds since anxiety can contribute to IBS. patch99329 Also, start taking note of your diet. Do you get bad after having things like wheat, red meat, tomato etc. I don't eat red meat anymore because of it. I get problems mostly when I'm not pulling in enough fiber and yogurt. I've also noticed issues with really processed foods and certain sauces. Luckily tomato doesn't cause a reaction.

patch99329 Argh, I could never give blood. Good cause and everything, I just have a freaking phobia of blood tests. I pass out during them (which is quite common) but I alsop a** out before them out of fear. sweatdrop i'm mad because i was in Italy for more than 3 months during a certain time and can not give blood, indefinitely.

I'm not listed as being in any guilds that I don't remember joining, but in my profile, there's a link to a journal that's not mine. Several links to several entries, in fact. I don't even have a journal on Gaia. confused I'm just hoping the problem will fix itself.

Celeblin Galadeneryn MoonJeli Math, I am not enjoying so much. It makes my poor dyscalculiac brain hurt. The teacher keeps saying things like, "You need to know your multiplication tables," and I just die a little inside, worrying about when this is actually going to come up. He doesn't know I have dyscalculia. I don't really think it'd be helpful to tell him -- I guess mostly I'm afraid he won't believe in it or something, y'know? Apparently, despite my approved academic accommodations, he can't let me use a calculator on the tests. The first exam is Wednesday and I'm terrified. Tell him and then take it up with special needs. Especially if this is a required course. I don't know about your school, but at mine all reasonable accomodations must be made. And if he accuses you of not even having a condition, REALLY take it up with special needs. I had a friend who got a failing grade after there was some conflict about when she had to hand things in due to her needs. As it turns out the teacher didn't think she was right for the program, partially due to some of the things she needs. "Reasonable" is the keyword. They want to test to see if we know our sign rules, etc. so if they give us a calculator apparently they can't tell. It's a state law. Another dyscalculiac in the class is going to talk to the disability office and see if there's anything they can do about it. I finally went up to the teacher after the exam and told him not only don't I know my multiplication tables, I don't know how to add in my head. Heh. He said it probably wouldn't be too much of a problem in the class I'm in, but it'd really slow me down in the next class, when we're doing radicals. There's one test in that class that we can't use calculators on. I'm going to see if -- though I can't use a CALCULATOR -- I can use a printed multiplication tables. In my math study skills class on Wednesday, we'll be learning tricks for the multiplication tables. I'm learning to drive!!! I wish I was learning in an automatic. I've driven on the highway a couple times and around town a bunch of times. I still kill it at lights and get beeped at. Which makes me want to cry.
