Jethrow shook his head, kissing the top of Icarus' head. He knew he was going to get over it eventually, but he didn't want Icarus thinking she'd done something wrong.

Icarus nestled closer, frowning deeper. "Jethrow... Please tell me what's wrong." she mumbled softly. The bird couldn't understand why she felt so worried about him or what was bugging him. Maybe it was because she thought it was her fault he was thinking this way...

[OOC:] oH OH I wanna hear! Jethrow leaned down, putting his forehead against Icarus' and smiling at her softly. His eyes warmed up at the very sight of her, even though she looked frightened and sad. "There's nothing wrong, Icarus, and I'm sorry if you think there is. I don't want you to be worrying."

[OOC:] It wasn't anything special. Just an easier way to transition into the 'Icarus kitty' part. When Jethrow runs away and Icarus goes to find him, she does and he's pretty much skunked. She tries to get him to come back, but he yells at her and says some very hurtful things. [And breaking a bottle over her head is optional. I just keep picturing it.] She then heads back to the school, heartbroken and locks herself in her room. After a few days Jethrow returns with a horrid hangover and goes looking for her. Shiro's about ready to kill him and denies him any access. But when Shiro goes to sleep, Jethrow tries to sneak in and see Icarus but all he finds is a cat. Exposed to the school's magic [which is erratic since it was just reawakened, that and a god's descendant is wishing for something very strongly] Icarus had slowly turned into a cat because [Either] ...she didn't want to be herself anymore, thinking she made Jethrow that way. [Or] ...she knows Jethrow likes cats so she'd be able to make him happy if she was one.
Icarus looked into Jethrow's eyes, seeing them warm up. She smiled a little and nestled close to Jethrow. "I don't want you worrying either." she said, staying close to the vampire. She didn't want worries coming between them and upsetting such a good thing they had.

[OOC:] Firstly, I'm sorry for lack of response! gonk I just got really busy with school! I have four AP classes, a job, tutoring, and I'm drowning a bit. Secondly, THAT IDEA IS THE MOST EPIC AND OH MY GOD DRUNK JETHROW YESSSSS Jethrow kissed the top of her head with a smile, before smirking a little. He took her hands and spun her around, wrapping his arms around her waist and leaning his lips close to her ear. "Since I shouldn't be worrying, I suppose I don't have to worry about doing this," he whispered, tickling her sides.

Icarus was a little dizzy as Jethrow spun her around. She was about to nestle back up to him when he whispered in her ear. The nightingale was about to ask what he meant before he started tickling her. Icarus couldn't help but start laughing, squirming as the vampire continued to tease her. "S-Stop! U-Uncle! Uncle!" she cried through her laughs.

[OOC:] No but really YES Jethrow didn't stop though, catching her when she tried to run away and continuing to tickle her. Finally, he sat down on the bed, caging her in with his arms and legs, smirking wildly.

Icarus panted hard once Jethrow stopped, resting against him. She smiled some and nestled close to the vampire. She'd get him back later for it. Oh she definitely would. She'd just have to figure out how.

As Icarus leaned against him, the vampire wrapped his arms securely around her. He nuzzled the side of her neck, leaving a soft kiss before resting his chin on the top of her head.

Icarus smiled some and blushed a little at the kiss to her neck. But she still smiled and nuzzled the bottom of his chin before getting comfortable in his warm embrace.

Jethrow sat up a little and leaned his head over Icarus' shoulder, looking up into her face. "Are we just going to be lazy again today?" he asked with a pout. Though really, he was just scared of the thoughts that would come to him if he was left with her sleeping again.

Jethrow shrugged. "How about we go to town and see what's going on? I heard there's some sort of swap meet set up. There could be some cool trinkets, maybe old books?"

Jethrow sat up and stretched, watching Icarus move around. He smiled to himself. It would only be on pain of death if he were to admit this to someone other than the nightingale, but he couldn't see a path in life separate from hers in which he was happy. He didn't want things to change from that...
