Shiro nodded some and pat Jethrow's shoulder as he walked off. The god then transformed into a raven and flew back to the principal's office. He needed to go back to bed.
Icarus didn't stir as Jethrow picked her up and took her to her room. As he put her in her bed, she groaned softly, stirring a little. The white dragon came over worriedly and stayed by Icarus as she began to wake up. The girl cracked her eyes open and blinked a little. Everything was blurry and she felt very weird. What had happened?

The principal and the teachers had cleaned up the mess, spoken to all the students that had been present, and sent them to bed so that by the time the principal met Shiro in his office, he was exhausted as well. "Is Icarus well?" he asked in a tired voice.
Jethrow was stroking Icarus' hair softly when the white dragon crawled over. The black one wasn't far behind and it circled Icarus, sniffing her cautiously as if trying to diagnose her. [OOC:] I'll be back later. I have to work on an assignment.

[OOC:] Okies.
Shiro groaned a little and flopped onto the principal's desk, still in raven form. Though he nodded, meaning Icarus was going to be fine. Now he just needed sleep.
Icarus groaned again as she felt someone stroking her hair. She only knew one person who did that. "Jethrow?" she mumbled, glancing up at the blur that was his basic skin and hair color. She groaned again and nuzzled his hand a little. The touch was comforting. But her hands felt so weird... The girl looked at her hands but as she turned them over and saw her bloody knuckles, she began to breathe heavily. The sight of that horrid red color brought back memories of that store clerk her old boyfriend had killed. Blood had been splattered all over that store... Thus leading Icarus to always hate that color. The girl suddenly sprung up and stumbled to her bathroom and started to wash the blood off as if it was going to burn her skin off any moment.

Jethrow immediately rushed after Icarus, sitting her down on a stool he found. "Stay there," he told her. Taking a washcloth, he started wiping blood off her knuckles. When he was done, he found some bandages under her sink and wrapped them up. There was a little blood in her hair, so he gently washed that out, too, before kneeling in front of her and looking up at her. "You're fine, all right? Perfectly fine."

Icarus let Jethrow sit her down as he cleaned the blood off her. The girl was trembling as the vampire helped her and wrapped up her hands and cleaned her hair. As Jethrow knelt down and spoke to her, she shook her head and buried her face in her hands, beginning to cry. "B-But I killed someone! I-I killed them! I don't want to get sent away!" she sobbed. She felt like a cat who'd killed too many pet birds or hamsters and now the school, like an angry owner, was going to cut their losses and send her away. Back to the courts. Then she'd get put in jail forever and she'd never see her friends again.

Jethrow wrapped his arms around Icarus and smoothed her hair back. "It's okay, they're not sending you away. None of this was your fault. Shiro came, we stopped what was happening, and everything is fine. You're not going anywhere," he said, kissing her forehead.

Icarus sobbed and nestled close to Jethrow. She stayed close to him, eventually calming down and sighing a little. She didn't say much, but stayed in Jethrow's arms. It was comforting being held and especially by him. The white dragon came over and mewed a little to the couple, wondering if everything was alright.

Jethrow let Icarus cry, holding her tightly until she started to calm down. When he thought she was okay, he scooped her up and carried her over to her bed, setting her down and sitting beside her. He put his arms around her again, holding her head against his chest and kissing the top of her head.

Icarus let the vampire pick her up and take her to bed, wrapping her arms around his neck. Once back in bed and in his arms, Icarus settled a little, just deciding to stay close to Jethrow. After a moment, the white dragon hopped onto Icarus' lap and let the girl pet it. As a comfort to what she'd been through,

When the black dragon and the white dragon came up to Icarus, Jethrow reached for the covers, pulling the blanket over the four of them and whispering in Icarus' ear that she needed to sleep. He continued to stroke her hair reassuringly.

Icarus glanced a little worriedly to Jethrow when he said she needed sleep. But she nodded a little and pulled the dragons to her chest and nestled under the blanket and nuzzled the dragons that were in her arms. She then closed her eyes and tried to sleep. The nightingale fell asleep after a little, keeping close to Jethrow and holding the little reptiles.

Jethrow didn't sleep, though. He didn't let go of Icarus, knowing that the last thing she needed was for him to go away. But he felt guilty. He knew that these evil vampires had found Icarus through him, targeted her, and there were no doubt more willing to come after her. He rubbed her arm softly, absentmindedly. He needed to figure out a way to protect her, because clearly the school wasn't doing a good job of it. [OOC:] I'm working on a two year anniversary present, because that's tomorrow I do believe wink

Icarus slept quietly, occasionally shifting some in her sleep. She'd nestle up to Jethrow a few times, mumble a little, and snuggle the dragons, glad they were there to comfort her. After some time, the nightingale began to wake up, groaning softly. She released the dragons and rubbed one of her eyes before her stomach growled. She was very hungry....

[OOC:] yum_puddi Jethrow watched Icarus sit up, and he watched her carefully, his expression blank. He didn't want her to know what he'd been thinking. Mostly because she'd get mad and probably blame herself. "Hungry?" he asked softly.

Icarus nodded a little and yawned again, rubbing her eyes. "Yeah... Can we go get some food?" she asked, hugging Jethrow's arm some. She didn't want him to leave her side. not just yet.
