sheet and pin i have no idea, the tickets should go fro 1.5 to 2 gold a peice... put them in small bits, if someone buys(which they usually do) offer to sell them the rest as soon as they've bought... that should help you clean up. the sheet, jsut fidn others of that sheet on the market place, and ovver a price around thers.

why for boys? We could make it a Yaoi/Yuri RP, and have two different dorms such as they are... make Suki a bit more comfy, and give girls a place to be, even if they are just there to lurk the RP and watch the yaoi unfold.
