Sophia rushed straight to Benjamin when she was released and was glad he beat that foul creature. She clung to her Spaniard, trying to feel safer. But just for good measure, she gave the downed vampire a kick just to teach his unconscious body to stay away from her.

Icarus fought just like what she had claimed to be in Nimbasa. An utter demon. She punched one then turned around and kicked another right in the teeth. She laughed darkly as she beat another back. "Come on! This all you got?! I fought rats more vicious than you back in Nimbasa!"

Icarus stood over their mangled bodies, the flames going out to reveal her fists stained with blood. The girl stood there, chuckling some. But the chuckle built up into a very dark laugh as the nightingale gripped her head a little. "So much blood... So much... It's everywhere... E-Everywhere!" she babbled, grinning like a Cheshire cat.

Shiro had been sleeping at the time before the feeling of death woke him up. He groaned and got up, going to the window, only to find corpses in the courtyard. The god appeared next to the principal and grabbed the man. "We have a serious problem! Icarus' demon blood is emerging!" he said panickedly, pointing to the window. "It's only a matter of minutes until she has access to my scythe!"

Icarus glanced over to Jethrow, still grinning, her eyes wide as if in panic. "I can see it... you're covered in it too. Everyone is! I-It's pouring from the windows a-and the doors!" she cried a little gripping her head more before her expression darkened and a large scythe appeared in her hand. The scythe seemed to be made of pure bones, a skull even adorning the top. "I hate that color..." the girl spoke, her voice deep and seething with anger.

Shiro was just opening the window when he saw the scythe. "s**t! Tell them to be careful! She's got my scythe!" he called to the principal before turning into a raven and taking off and circling around the battlefield.

Icarus glared at Jethrow, staring him down. The girl snarled the most feral snarl that had ever been heard from her. "I don't like it. I don't like that color. I HATE that color. It's all over you. It must go away. It must GO AWAY!!" she cried and charged Jethrow and Sarah, slashing at them with the scythe.

Shiro immediately landed and transformed back, looking at the two. "Don't let the scythe touch your skin! It will rip out your soul!!" he called, warning the two in his descendant's warpath.

Shiro sprouted his wings and ran up to the battle and grabbed onto Jethrow. Suddenly the god jumped into the air, taking the vampire with him, leaving Icarus to circle on the ground below like a hungry predator. The death god sighed again. "It's my fault... As you know I am a god of death. But... I'm also a demon. A raven demon, or tengu as you humans prefer. It also didn't help I married a soul stealer who was also a demon." he said with a shrug. "To answer bluntly. It's her demon blood. I think the adrenaline of the battle triggered the demon inside her and now it's driven her crazy." he said, looking down to said descendant before paling.

Icarus glared at them from the ground before snarling. Suddenly a pair of large black wings sprouted from her back and she took off into the sky, going to attack the god and vampire.

Shiro thought quickly and tossed Jethrow into a close by tree before grappling with Icarus. Thankfully in the struggle, Shiro managed to get his scythe back. But that didn't stop them from fighting. Soon their wings gave and they were falling to the earth, still fighting. At the last moment Shiro pulled his wings out and made their landing easier. Icarus was momentarily stunned so he grabbed onto her before turning to the tree.

"Jethrow! I need you! Now!"

Shiro struggled to keep a hold on Icarus as she began to struggle. He then looked to the vampire and sighed a little. "Pardon the crude terms, but you need to bite her. Like when you do when you feed off her blood. It's a familiar sensation and it might bring her back to her senses." he explained as Icarus began to struggle more violently. "If we don't do something soon, she will be lost to the madness. And I will have to reap my last descendant..."

Icarus continued to struggle as Jethrow grabbed her wrists. But the girl suddenly stopped as he bit into her neck. Memories flooded back and started beating back the madness. As Jethrow drank, Icarus slowly relaxed and her wings began to shrink. Once the vampire stopped and stepped away, Shiro gently eased Icarus down to the ground. He smiled softly, seeing her just unconscious. The god chuckled for a moment before rubbing one of his eyes. "You did it Jethrow. You saved her."
