*shrugs* I keep reminding people that I am a b***h sweatdrop
it is not my fault that I react very badly when I get stepped on....I ignore that sort of thing as much as I can stare but sometimes you have to piss someone off in return before they realise that they really hurt your feelings...

*snickers softly as she curls up under the couch* you know... when I had my cats I always knew to check very carefully under the couch before I sat on it... unless I wanted claw marks all over my ankles! twisted

Man, Rain, filtering out all the "I'm a screw up" comments, for this one I'd say Hono was right, at least in a few respects. Ed's set up quite a few good reasons WHY you shouldn't be screwing around where you're actually screwing around.

He told us "No, not yet." I abided. He later brought the thread BACK. I sent him a PM asking "So is it okay now"? All I wanted was a simple response of yes or no, and I would have abided completely with what he decided. Two seconds of his time was all it would have taken.
But I got nothing.
Silence is golden, so I'm taking it as a golden opportunity!

Actually, I would have thought all the resources now on the front page would have been a y'know, common sense answer. The fact that you had to ask AGAIN makes you seem kinda...daft.

Not only that, but the fact that you're happily dragging Hono along as well is daft. There are tons of more interesting and far more productive things you could do then just get up Ed's backside about a stupid answer.
It makes it just seem like you're looking for an OOC argument instead of laying back and taking it easy.

Because he implied we would be able to on a later date (on June 11th). He brought the thread back later (June 19th), so I was wondering if that was the go-ahead to post.
I never claimed to be anything but, but I'm if nothing else, courteous until I'm treated otherwise.
Vahn's capable of just baleeting the posts if he doesn't want to deal with it. If I log in later and find them gone, I'll know that his lack of response meant "no" instead of "yes". Simple as that.
[EDIT] Hono wanted to come along, for the record. I wanted to do this by myself initially. If I'm not supposed to RP here, all I have to be told is "no." If I'm given the runaround, then I will be just as dodgey myself :3

Or you're characters would get annihilated. Which he's probably too nice to do.

Just one character. And yes, facing insurmountable odds was something I realized when I decided to storm the island. But when I'm told "Here are the defenses: ", I'm lead to believe that what I see is what I get, and if I want to storm said defenses, all the more power to me. If it said, for example, "Isle of Eden (restricted thread)" or "Isle of Eden (Only GM posting)" or something, then I would take that as a hint that I'm not supposed to be there.

Whatever. If you don't understand it from the first page of the thread, you never will, not without all the usual fireworks anyway. Ed doesn't like GM only threads, he likes to put faith in people actually, y'know, carrying on with the proper plot.
He forgets how stupid people can be sometimes.

Oh! I just realized that you are crew as well. You could always remove the posts yourself, can't you? So you don't have to trouble him with it?

Yeeeeah. Cause THAT would certainly go down like a ton of bricks. Deleting stuff like that willy nilly... I'm not a nazi Rain, I just think this whole thing reeks of starting something...nasty.
