That is much better then the explanation i had before
So if you dumb it down to the most basic it's something like this, right?
Accuracy is how likely you are to hit,
Potency is how well you hit,
and then the result of the hit is damage and other effects
How would you figure out how Potent something is?
I am assuming to increase it you use Buff effect and it follows the same build structure?

What the tags for Zavits?
So to figure out potancy is it Statx2 + Stat-Buffx2 + Jutsu level + Buff, like all things or is it only Stat + Stat-Buff + Jutsu level + Buff?
