oh, that sucks. You should try and find out her password. My gf makes sure I know her password, so I can get her the quest items and stuff when she doesn't have the internet.

That reminds me of how frequently that happens apparently.
Specifically, someone claims to have lost the ability to log into an account they've been off of for months that has valuable items, with no way to prove it's their account, hoping someone can do something about it.
While that does happen, I can't imagine legitimate cases are that frequent, so surely some of those threads in Q&A have to really be some kinda hack attempt.
