come play
I am sure it isn't that bad
Also can someone tell me about Potency, or some examples of it, both if possible?
Ok on every Jutsu/Item you will always have two statistics of importance.
Accuracy and Potency. (Potency was added to separate what the two did).
Ie Accuracy is your ability to "hit" with an attack whilst Potency is... well... the potency. It is the staying power of the Jutsu, how hard jutsu made vines cling to their victim making them more difficult to remove, how much force is behind a blast (not it's damage, but the pushing power if say two blasts of fire strike each other, the one with more potency is more likely to push the other backwards).
-When trying to remove a de-buff from a foe you roll normal removal vs the foes Statx2 + Stat Buffx2 + Potency
-When countering an attack, if the attackers potency is higher than your defenses potency you still suffer half damage if the defense was successful (though none of the other effects).
Other effects/situations may also call for potency, however these are the more basic global ones you'll run across whilst the others will explain themselves when the pop up in the rules.
Base potency is simply equal to the Jutsu/Items level. It can be increased with the potency effect however.
Hope that helped.
