In that moment, the situation seemed hopeless. Even if he changed into something with wings, the man would still pull him down with his greater mass. Were he to become smaller and escape his grasp, Kyo would likely be squeezed to death by the fist. 'Wait a second, squeezed,' A moment later, the cat thinned out annd a large snake wrapped itself around the angel's arm, working it's way to higher ground in the freefall.

Stupid snake!! He wrapped his hand around the snake's neck right below its head. "You're not getting away that easily," he growled. He held the snake's head under him so the head would at least get crushed. He opened his wings and flapped them, driving them faster toward the ground so the demon would have less time to think.

As a demon, he, knew that he'd probably survive the fall, but he was definitely not getting away unmaimed, and neither would the Angel. He figured he might reverse the position again, and so, he sunk his sharp fangs into the palm, injecting a poison that would kill a human. As an immortal angel, he figured at most it would knock him out for a few hours. And with that final move, the two hit the ground.

The angel winced. He could feel the venom in his blood, spreading throughout his body. His tight grip on the snake began to loosen and he could see that he was going too fast for him to save himself from the freefall. A momment before they hit the ground he blacked out.

The impact was excruciating, but Kyo managed to survive, and because of this, he could heal. Every injured cell in his body transformed into a healthy one as he took on the angel's form, 'I'lll come back for you later.' Blond hair tossed across his face as the demon entered the hotel, searching for his enemy's accomplice. She might not be willing to tell the demon himself who was after him, but she would certainly discuss it with her ally.

It's all ******** up and it's falling apart
Miyuki turned around ready to go find Damien, but she looked up and he was standing right in the doorway. "Damien.." She tilted her head and walked swiftly up to him. "Where the hell were you? You should know not to talk to random people your an angel half the people here would rather you dead!" She growled at him softly, shoving him and heading out the door. "We have to find him.." She said looking around and breathing in the crisp air.

'SO his name is Damien huh, that's god to know," the demon thought as she followed the girl, believing that she was referring to himself. "Don't worry about it, I took care of him while you were upstairs. Now don't you think it's about time we go find... ah what's his name, you know.." With any luck, she would fill in the name of his assailant right there and then. This was much easier then he had thought.

Miyuki tilted her head to look at him. "Where did you find him?" She inquired. He couldn't have killed Ryuu already, why would he go without me? She twisted a finger into her jeans pocket and sighed. "Well? I want to know how you killed him so easily." She stopped, leaning back against the cold wall of the hotel. Something wasn't right, he wasn't acting like himself, who else would they need to find but Ryuu?

"Well babe ya see, there we were, fighting one on one in the alleyway. He got in a few good strikes against me before we took off into the air. He thought he had me when he took a big bite out of me, but then, I slammed him into the ground. But we'll talk more about that later, right now, maybe we should go find, well, you know..." Kyo replied cockily to the girl, trying to distract the girl from their fight.

"What?" She stammered. "Babe? Damien what the hell is wrong with you?" She shook her head, rethinking his words. "He bit you? Why the hell would he bite you?" She relaxed her slouch form a bit more so just incase he was going psycho she could use the wall for reinforcement.

"Sorry, it must be the adrenaline talking." the demon replied as he began walking out of the hotel. Concentrating on his hand, Kyo made fang marks appear moments later. "And about the bite, it really was nothing, see, just a scratch, now come on, let's get going."

Miyuki shrugged and stood up, walking behind him. She felt so weird, his aura, even his smell was diffrent. "He didn't change you did he?" She asked, her voice almost as soft as a whisper. She had been reminded of him saying he wanted to become a fallen angel for her. "I hope you wouldn't go off and do that without telling me, really Damien. " She sighed. "What happened you seem so, strange.." She murmured eying his back closely.

Change? what was that suppose to mean, "As much as some can change you in one fight," Kyo replied, trying to stay as general as possible with his responses. HE could tell the girl was getting suspicious from the way she was eying him and unconsciously, his eyes moved to his right forearm, checking to make sure it was covered. As with most demon's of his species, he was marked with a tattoo at birth that would follow him no matter what form he took on, "Look the truth is that I guess this whole thing is making me a little stressed, I'd much rather we just finish up as quickly as possible."

"Well if you finished off Ryuu." She sighed with a pause. "What is left to do? I'm sure that girl, Lidi, and the other boy got away already. How are we supposed to find them?" She frowned coming up from behind him she grabbed his arm to stop him, leaning her head against his shoulder. "Don't you want to rest?"

'Ryuu, who the hell is Ryuu?' the demon thought as she grabbed onto his arm. It made sense to simply follow her back upstairs, but still, he couldn't risk the discontinuity of his story. If he suddenly stopped caring, more likely then not, she'd find him more suspicious then she already did. Besides, the angel was only going to be out for another two hours, "Well maybe we should check up on them anyway just to make sure. They must have left some trail."
