*Kaika has officially finished Leron's first post after saying she would for months; she still feels unaccomplished but will fill the gap by reading The Prophecy of the Stones so she can get to reading Paradise Lost*
Zoe: *looks up* Oh, and I didn't know how to spell Deusie's name. That's my excuse.
Deus: You mean Zeus.
Zoe: No, your name! I totally hadn't figured out how! You pick hard names. First Narcissus, then Deus! Are there any vowels there?
Deus: First of all--
Leron: I say it's not worth it.
Deus: *randomly* Blue smoke!

Cai: *crawls back up* It really isn't worth it, is it?
Neena: Not really.
Neena: Wait, so, you envy yourself by hurting yourself thus one part of you that is injured envies the part of you that isn't injured although both parts are technically injured anyway so does that really count I actually don't have any idea so I'll stop talking without any commas or periods now wait no I'm still curious--AW, SCREW IT!

I was actually thinking of putting a hilarious little few lines here about my least favorite part of the book (the romance between Opal and Adrien--so ughish!) but I decided that I'd instead just say this: It wasn't a masterpiece, but it was a great achievement for someone of that age, and the writing was decent even at the points that felt so goshdarn cliche. The characters, even though not extremely developed, at least had personalities and DID STUFF. And although the ending was a bit cheesy and rushed, it didn't take away from the novel as much as it could have. All in all, not perfect, but still veru good and enjoyable, and better written than...than.... *shivers* Evermore. *shoots self*
Zoe: Don't attempt to find the logic in these pitiful little equations--there isn't any logic in the first place!
Kaika: I think my brain just 'sploded.
Deus: I'm glad mine didn't, or else it would ruin my pretty face. *smiles*
Leron: I think you guys are running out of catchphrases to say. This is scaring me.

Your review is very sensible. *nod* I read the book in Grade 7, and thoroughly enjoyed it. I thiiiink I remember really liking Amber. But I'm not sure; I have enough trouble remembering what I had for breakfast yesterday.
Evan: But, without logic, we wouldn't have been able to come up with an equation in the first place...
Cai: ... Join the 'sploded brain club, Kaika. q.q
Evan: Then again, that further provides back up for the fact that there is none...
Neena: I think you should be more scared of the fact that they probably have more up their sleeves. Even if their wearing t-shirts. But that isn't the issue here. Or is it?

Indeed; thank you. Amber is probably the most likable of the characters (even though my favorite character is still Owen).
Leron: My head hurts.
Zoe: You guys just talking makes me feel smarterer!
Deus: ....Smarterer?
Leron: Zoe, it's perfectly okay to feel that way, even if it doesn't necessarily happen.
Deus: Harsh! I claim harsh! Leron, how do you live with yourself?!
Zoe: Indeed! If you add sleeves into the equation, there will be too many constenants and the variables will be tremendously high and anyway, isn't it just a saying? Still, you are right Evan! With common logic, necessary or not, we came up with a far more complicated equation than necessary, and as a result-- *twitches and turns to Kaika and Cai* Brain 'sploded.
Kaika: Thank goodness for that, too. *clutches head*
Leron: Zoe might've said a lot, but in reality it was about nothing at all.
Deus: Harsh!
Kaika: Like...like....Evermore! *shivers*

Deus: Not that he had to do that. Zoe, you ruined my day.
Leron: Eh, anyway! *positioned* Like, where is everyone? Kaika just fell asleep. She was mumbling, "So, so bored." Did everyone die in some explosion that no one informed me about?
Deus: Besides the brains, there was no explosion. And I don't think anyone would've had to have informed you, considering you are the one voted most likely to set something on fire. Dude, even the Gods that are supposed to do that aren't as anxious as you to see things burn.
Zoe: And everyone is busy with life, something we don't have.
Leron: Yes we do!
Zoe: *shakes her head* Not in the script. c:
Kaika: *in sleep* Hey there, cutie...
Leron: *pokes with stick* Out cold. Wow. And what was that she just said?
Deus: I wouldn't bother asking.

Yes. I doubt location matters too much right now, plus, it'd be nice to see Xenia's first reaction to Zen Gakuen when she gets there for the sports festival (because I think more than one school is participating). ^u^
