There once was a girl named Nim, Who made silly claims on a whim She made Foamy wear heels, (Which he pulled off, fo' reals talk2hand ) And got totally served by him. 8D Pffft. Rhyming poetry other than sonnets annoys me. And dammit, I've won stuff for my poetry, served my arse. talk2hand ...I'd link but it uses my real name. ;A; Tch, I guess limericks are just too cool. talk2hand I'd probably win stuff, if I actually submitted it. XD Maybe. I dunno. What's wrong with your real name? XD ...We could have a haiku battle?

Today in Science I watched how a baby is produced and how it goes through life in a womb to the surprising birth!

O: I've been trying to avoid posting either RL name and pics so that my parents can't complain. XD If you must know, I was in a poetry competition where I won $500, and a couple other inter-campus-related stuffs where I hooked a $50 and $30 prize, and a Mother's Day thing where I won my mom a garnet. o: Was pretty lucrative. I wish I could find more competitions for stuff that wouldn't feel crappy. Meh. I'm not in a writing mood. ;A; Plus all my stuff is coming out either cutesy, emu, or lovey-dovey lately. XD;

XDXD In a tit-for-tat battle (at least when it comes to rhymes and puns), it's all about tempo. I was engaged in such a battle last week, and when I gave one reaction too much thought, he seized the opportunity and posted another. This forced me to rethink and completely change my response, and while I was doing that, he would throw out another. And thus the cycle would repeat. The worst part was that while I had so many potential responses stored for future use, because he had gained such momentum, he was able to use nearly all of them before I had a chance to. After that, I think it ended with about 20 more puns from him to my 4. XD It was really bad. I think I was also thrown off because until that second consecutive pun, I had thought it was a turn-based battle. XD

Jer0nim0 ...That sounds so totally confusing I'm glad I've never tried a battle. XD It's really not that confusing. XD You and a friend each have a conversation in which you follow a certain theme and include at least one pun in each sentence. Whoever runs out of puns first loses.

I only like poetry when it's both rhymed and metered. Free verse bugs me. xp
