If they can pin you for like three consecutive rounds they can declare you dead.
DC20 + person's wisdom modifier.
All while doing insane amounts of unarmed damage.

Nah, Reaping Mauler's wisdom modifier. And if they were smart, they'd have monk levels out the a**.
Best to opt for sleeper's choke. Pin once, same DC, sleep for a few rounds. So they can have their way with the person.
