Most of 'em are stupid, but at least Santa made a valid point.
Usually, when time travel is concerned, people do stupid crap, in the same way that GL doesn't use his ring to its best potential. Yeah it works, but they could do so much better.

Perhaps the Simpsons are more powerful than we imagined. They single-handedly keep us safe from Borg assimilation? How so? Can you seriously imagine... THIS? http://www.snpp.com/guides/borg.html

elvisnake exactly why Green Lantern sucks... he fails to make use of his powers. He has the best weapon in the universe, and exhibits all the creativity of a banana slug in using it. You really don't read GL do you? He is hella creative with the ring. GL is one of my favorite heros; up there with Superman, Captain America, Iron Man, and Spidey.

Why green though?
Why not something like brown?
Is it because his nickname would be " Brownie " and that's offensive?

Well the in-comic reason talks about the spectrum of light representing different emotions and green is associated with willpower. Yellow is fear, Red is rage, Blue is hope, etc. But out of comic reason? Probably because green looks cool on the page.

Pretty much all of my GL knowledge is second or third-hand. I probably haven't given him enough of a chance.

I like John Stewart more than Hal Jordan. The guy just has more of an a**-kicker attitude, IMO.
What was Black Vulcan's weakness?

Batman: The Brave and the Bold is pretty weird.
Suddenly, Batman knows everything for every possible situation.

Darkened Angel Batman: The Brave and the Bold is pretty weird. Suddenly, Batman knows everything for every possible situation. Did you just say that Batman SUDDENLY knows every thing. stare You should be shot at down and strung up by your toes. Batman has ALWAYS known every thing. Batman is the best Character super hero. He does know every thing.

The idea that Batman is always prepared for even the unforeseeable just stretches it.
He's got techniques to use against stuff that nobody knows even exists, etc.
This is mostly noticable in Batman: The Brave and the Bold. He spontaniously gains some new ability just to fit the cicrumstance.
Like, when Gentleman Ghost puts him in a grave, he just so happens to not only carry an air capsule to buy time, but he can also astral project to figure out how to save himself, etc. This ability doesn't exist outside that episode.
