As a further comparison, an Aratech Speeder bike costs 6,750 credits, an R2 unit is 4,500 credits, a bantha about 100 credits, and a kilo of common spice is 1,000 credits.
This all of course does not take into account the economics of the situation such as the supply and demand.

This on the calculation that the galactic credit is worth $16.14

What came as a surprise to me was how much a credit is worth comparatively.
And I'll probably just end up stealing you from whoever wins the auction.

Well you already get dibs anyways. Plus, since being the pirate king means you get a lot of spoils to help boost the Imperial economy, you might be able to just have me as a reward for long-time service.
That's assuming GAT wants to let a specific individual have me, that is.

I don't think GAT would have use for slave girls, and the revenue from such a hign end slave would bring much use for the military effort, after all...

I've convinced my friend, who's never played a roleplaying game before, to jump into D&D by letting him play a Jedi who crash-landed on the world the rest of the characters are on. He's addicted now, and has jumped into two other games as a pirate and as a hexblade.
I'm now turning him into a browncoat by taking him through the Firefly episodes one by one...
Soon his journey to the Dorkside will be complete...
