Jasmine just continued to hug her sister in law. Afraid that if she let go then she'd have to go back into the room and face her brother and the added consequences of freeing Aven from the silver binds.
Leon smiled a little. "No need to be sorry. It wasn't the people who kidnapped you. It was hunters. We're good." He said with a genuine smile. "Now onto more pressing matters. My sister...How are you feeling after the ritual she did to help you?"

Kailee sighed softly. "Are you feeling better now?" she asked, smiling kindly.
Aven blushed at the mention of Jasmine, looking down at his feet that had started to scuff on the ground. "I . . . er . . . she . . . um . . . she's beautiful . . ." he finally gushed out, his eyes gaining a bit of a glassy effect as he looked up at the ceiling with a goofy grin. It wasn't as bad as when he was under the silver's influence, but he was definitely feeling the after effects of what Jasmine had done.

Jasmine nodded. "If we go in. I want you between me and my brother...he won't dare hurt you.' Jasmine whimpered. Yes she was using her sister in law as a meat shield but if Kailee knew what he was like when it came to Jasmine she'd willingly volunteer.
Leon smiled just a tiny bit. Yep, it definitely worked. Leon thought trying very easily to resist the urge to tare the wolf apart. "She is pretty. But be careful. One bite from you and she's no longer a vampire." Leon said in a sing song voice. He knew his sister didn't want to be a vampire so when she turned 21 her body would reject the change and she would die. However, if Aven bit her before then there was a chance she'd be a werewolf, then Leon wouldn't have to go through the pain of losing more of his family.

Kailee laughed and nodded. "Alright. I'll stay between you and Leon." she said and started to lead Jasmine back to the room.
Aven's smile faded and he turned to look at Leon with a little confusion. "Is that . . . a bad thing?" he questioned, once more starting to feel a little uncomfortable, shifting from side to side.

Jasmine nodded and held onto Kailee tightly shaking a little from fear. Her brother struck the fear of god into her.
"No it's not a bad thing. Not a bad thing at all." Leon said with a smile. 'at least she'll live past her second decade..." He muttered with a pout. "So maybe you two might be a good thing."

Aven regained his goofy smile for a moment before the door opened and he quickly wiped it off his face, moving back a little, once more feeling self-conscious and uncomfortable.
Kailee led Jasmine back inside, making sure to keep between her and Leon at all times.
Aven approached Jasmine with a bit of a blush still on his cheeks. "Um . . . are you okay?" he asked softly.

Jasmine followed Kailee in, though she noticed that her brother was looking passive and a little sad. When Aven inquired to her health Jasmine smiled up at him and took his hand. "Yes," She replied. "I am well. Are you well?" She asked in response. Worry was written on her face.
Leon watched them trying to not be sad. And with a smile he opened his arms for Kailee, telling the two younger siblings bond. "Come here my wife."

Aven grinned that goofy grin again. "Yeah. I'm great."
Kailee giggled and then went into her husband's arms, cuddling in. "Leon . . . Jasmine wants me to stay between you and her . . . is there a reason for this?" she asked softly, playing with a lock of his hair even as she said it.

Jasmine blushed a little her smile grew small and shy. "T-that's great." She said staring at his hand and biting her lip.
Leon sighed and pulled her close her smell made his heart pound. "I guess I'm a little over protective of my little sister." He explained. "Last time she used her abilities she got sick. Her body was already weak from the blood plague I didn't want to lose her. She didn't speak to me for a while." He said sadly and kissed Kailee's shoulder.

Aven blushed a little as well. "Um . . . you're pretty." he said, shifting a little in that awkward, uncomfortable way.
Kailee smiled sadly. "Oh . . ." she said softly. "I understand." she murmured, pressing a kiss to Leon's head. "It's okay." she added for comfort.

Jasmine blushed brighter. "Thank you." She replied and looked up at him. "You're pretty too." She said not sure what to say. She kinda wanted to hug him but didn't want him to freak out.
"I love you." He whispered and kissed her cheek. his arms tightened around her waist. "Maybe we should move to a different room. A, to let them have some alone time and B, for us to be alone and take a nap.'

Aven blinked. "Guys aren't pretty . . ." he muttered, a little confused, his head tilting to the side.
Kailee frowned. "Leon, you're still recovering." she said, though she snuggled in towards him. "I don't really want to go anywhere right now anyways." she said, turning so that she could see her brother, smiling at his awkward antics.

Jasmine just blushed brighter. "Handsome then." She amended embarrassed even more now that he had corrected her.
Leon sighed and pulled her over him so he could hold her close but she could still watch her brother and his sister exchange awkward flirtations to each other. "Fine." He muttered. "But the second I am better I'm taking you to a room and having you." He whispered in her ear.

Aven growled contentedly and even seemed to be preening a little as he stood a little taller, a little straighter. "I like you." he whispered, grinning goofily.
Kailee giggled. "Looking forward to it." she said, snuggling in and getting comfortable.

Jasmine grinned a little her own posture grew taller. "The feeling is mutual." She replied hands behind her back holding each other tight so no one could see that they had begun shaking. Leon on the other hand knew exactly what was happening. He knew she had used a lot of energy helping Aven. Which meant that she'd be exhausted. "Aven." Leon purred with a smile. "Why don't you take Jasmine to a spare room and get her to sleep, I'm sure she's very tired." He smiled softly gesturing to Jasmine who looked a little pale.
