TheManWhoLivesintheClouds That's what I start everyone off with that joins our group. Teaches some good disciplines and defense and get's them used to getting hit, after that we move on to the other stuff. MMA and Kickboxing usually, no one ever wants to do Muay Thai with me. crying I'd do Muay Thai if it didn't ******** up my already awesome brain problems. Something about broken backs making it easier to have a seizure even when it's already been fixed.

That and I'm blind without my specs on. xD

Rotflol, that sucks man. We don't do full contact because t is too dangerous. But if someone gets uppity I'll hit them a liitle harder than I should or show them how to cleave a bag and rock the stand.
