Onegai Sensei.
The teacher, the pink, the childhood friend, the middle, and i think the last one had a problem just like the main character, who'd blank out and go into time-nullifiying comas.
main character falls in love with his teacher...

yeah, she caused the main character to go into an episode, etcetera. so despite being like, 10 years apart, they fallin love and marry... it's sequel, Onegai Twins, is sadly even worse....
