Qastor Sugino Sakada Gennin are limited to B Rank techniques. Thats why Kage Bunshin is often conceived as B Rank and not A because Naruto could use it. But thats Kyuubi logistics and we not go there. lol Up to B Rank though yes. mer stare well it looks like imma have to reevaluate my choice of jutsu combinations and then relearn them lol and the sooner you and ookami get done haveing a tender moment the sooner i can ruin it and go back to training XD

bandcampboy hey everyone! Sorry I haven't been posting and developing my RPC yet. I'm at band camp 9 hours a day for this week. I'll try to do something tonight. ttyl. Yep I know how hardcore that is. Im a senior and this is my last year of marching band. We go to competition tonight at 6 actually. Wish us luck we win something. ^^

So it occurred to me that I have no Ryo and I've yet to see anything on earning Ryo. How do I get money for my RPC?

Ryo comes from missions, theres a chart in the mission boards section.

Do clan jutsus count towards your limit of ninjutsu you can learn?

No they dont.
EDIT;
But clan jutsu do follow the same rules. Can't learn jutsu above yer rank.
