Yoh Yuanija Empawk Tomisatu Empawk Tomisatu Yoh Yuanija "Ya, I guess so, hey you got anything to eat around here." Food wasn't far from Matias' mind, either. It had been a few days since he last ate, but he remembered hunting was usually good in the Wolf Grounds. ...or was it thieving? "Yea, Sabre. Food does sound good right now.""I would like to get some food right now as well. Let's all go hunting together and get ourselves something to eat." Sabre begins running toward the forest in his wolf form. Matias' blue pendant necklace glows brightly, and he turns Matias into his wolf form. He bounds off after Sabre. Sabre enters the forest and scans the area quickly, yet observantly. He turns his head back toward Matsi and whispers, "There's a rabbit about 20 feet to our left, a deer about 30 feet to the right and a berry bush about 15 feet up ahead of us. What do you say we hunt down both the deer and the rabbit?" Sabre always noticed that he ate more than the other wolves. He wasn't sure if was because he burned way more energy because of having to maintain both a healthy amount of physical energy and mana energy, or if he just had a really fast metabolism and exercised a lot. Possibly it could all of those factors, but right now, the only thing Sabre had on his mind was catching prey and eating it. Sabre's eyes sharpened on the deer, the bigger and more difficult target of the three. "I guess I go after the rabbit" Actaeon dashes towards the rabbit. Matias' words trail off as he darts in the direction of the deer. 'the deer's bigger and has more meat on it; We should have gone after that first.' Matias thinks to himself as he tries to cut off the deer.

Plus, it makes it easier to find prey and other wolves when you need to," Secret answered. Thinking about the previous question Secret had asked him a few minute or so ago, he becomes curious and decides to ask her a question. "You asked me if I have been shunned before for being half dragon, right? Have you ever been shunned, disowned or treated differently because of your magical wings?" Secret decided to answer honestly. "Yes, but not just because of my wings. I was shunned because of my magic in general. When I was travelling it was hard to find a pack that would let me join. Luckly, I found this place," she said. "Well, I'd like to say that I know what you mean, but I don't think being a magical wolf is quite the same as being half dragon and half wolf. Do you think there are others out there like me?", Draco asked Secret curiously.

His body blurs to all of those around him for a brief moment and then his body suddenly becomes clear as he stops in front of the deer, cutting off the deer from running straight forward. The deer takes two steps backwards as he sees Sabre in front of him. The deer hesitates for a moment, trying to decide if it would be wise to fight the wolves and quickly decides that it would be foolish. Sabre leaps toward the deers neck and latches on to it firmly with his fangs. The deer continues to run with Sabre still holding on to its neck. Sabre claws away at the deer's face, slashing it several times, hoping to blind the deer, but it struggles fiercely and Sabre misses his claw attacks. The deer bucks, trying to knock Sabre to the side so that he can step on him. The deer's eyes flash strangely as if it weren't normal. It groaned in pain, but continued to try to fight Sabre off of him.

"Do you like music by any chance? I, myself, personally carrying a harmonica and I can play it quite well. Maybe I could show you sometime." Wolvii kept running, but knew that he'd have to stop if he were to play his instrument, for he could not run and play music at the same time. Wolvii slowed down to a stop with her and pulled a harmonica out from his jacket. He held the harmonica beside him as he said, "No, I don't have a trumpet. It wouldn't work with my...." Wolvii suddenly stopped himself from revealing his secret ability which he was only supposed to use for dangerous situations. Quickly getting back on the subject of the harmonica he says, "I'll play my harmonica for you." Wolvii raised the harmonica up to his mouth nervously. He holds the harmonica up to his mouth and stalls for a little bit of time as he looks at Cerulean nervously out of the corner of his eye. Oh no, I forgot that I haven't played normal music for a really long time. What if I accidentally hit a few magic musical notes and she falls asleep? She'll think think I'm creepy or wierd or something.Wolvii starts blowing into the harmonica and moves it across his lips. Music with a happy melody began to play and could be heard clearly. Although Wolvii hadn't practiced normal music for a while, he surprisingly was able to play quite well. Wolvii calmed down as everything came back to him. The quality of his music improved as he felt relieved that he was still able to play normal music. He continued play his tune for about a minute and then stopped and said, "That's what my playing sounds like. What do you think?"

Kroto_of_the_Forest sadow_wolf Kroto_of_the_Forest sadow_wolf talah lept at the moose's throat,clamping down tightly. she drug the moose down to the ground,but was hit in the ribs with a fore hoof and she yelped. she didnt let go and added pressure, severing its windpipe. the life slowly faded from its eyes, and she was surprised to see that kovu wasnt thrown off the beast from all the flailing around it had done. she lets go and smiles to kovu."looky there little brother! your first hunt was succsesful!" Kovu tries to pull away from the moose's leg, but for some reason his fangs are stuck and can't get them free. "'m stu..", he said with his mouthful, attempting to tell Talah that he was stuck, but couldn't with the leg stuck in his mouth. Kovu pulled away violently, even rolling, but was stuck, embarrasingly. My teeth are stuck in the moose's leg. I can't get them free. Please help me, Talah! Kovu's eyes were wide open in shock. This was the first time that he had not been able to release his bite before. What's wrong?! This has never happened to me before. Could I have gotten my jaw snapped shut by force? Wait, no! The moose missed all of his kicks. There's no way! But why can't I let go?! Kovu was nearly in a panic, mentally, but physically he only looked slightly worried. Talah walks over to him and turns into her humanoid form. she grabs his mouth gently and prys his fangs out of the moose's bone."sill, you bit down too hard on a thin bone." Kovu inhaled a deep breath of air as he calmed down, feeling relieved after being freed. He moves his jaw around as if he was adjusting it. Then feeling okay, he looked at his sister with gratitude. "Thanks, sis. You always are so helpful. I hope I can help you someday." Feeling too hungry to wait for her reply to his gratitude, he digs his face into the moose's meaty body and begins to rip flesh free from its body. Blood trickles messily down the sides of his mouth as he rips, chews up and eats the meat. talah smiled, and laid down waiting for her brother to finish eating. it had been a nice hunt with her brother and she had enjoyed the exercise since she hadent ran much after the battle because of her ankle.

The deer feels Matsi bite its left hind leg and thrashes about, jumping high into the air and begins to buck insanely. It's strength was almost strong enough to nearly break even Sabre's grip. This surely was no ordinary deer. This deer was from the enchanted forest and had strayed into the normal forest near Wolf Grounds. By now, the enchanted deer from the enchanted forest regretted entering this forest for two wolves attacked him. Sabre noticed that Matsi had bitten onto the deer's hind leg and his eyes opened widely as the deer began to thrash and buck high in the air. This cannot be an ordinary deer. An ordinary one would have surely fallen by now. How is it that it's lasted this long? Well, I'm not going to let it go, no matter what! I'm going to finish this now! Sabre's two longest top fangs extended two feet and transcended from the side of the neck that Sabre bit into, all the way out from the other side. The enchanted deer choked as Sabre's fangs pierced his neck maliciously. In a final attempt to get rid of the two wolves, the deer decided to jump into a tree and commit suicide, but kill the two wolves with him. The enchanted deer jumps into a nearby tree, throwing it's body upside down vertically so that Sabre's ribs and Matsi's head would be smashed into the tree.

Although the ones which made wings out of magic didn't look like yours. I once saw a wolf in the forest that made wings out of blue fire energy. It was fascinating. But I was in no position to talk to the guy, because Sabre ordered him to be killed. I think his name was Humbre. From what I've heard about him, he was a wolf who could transform a flue flame being. He was a member of the Sinister Four, a rivalry wolf pack. When I saw him, he was planning on attacking the wolves here. So I was ordered to fight him. But I only managed to injure the guy because he was pretty tough and I'm not much of a warrior, despite my appearance."

After a few minutes, Kovu was satisfied with the amount moose meat he ate and lifted his head away from the moose's bleeding carcass. He licked his chops and said, "I'm done." Kovu smiled at Talah, thankful for her help with the incident with the moose's leg and her generosity she showed by taking him hunting.

"The sinister four... that included a wolf called Shadow or something, didnt it? I met him. The wolf who he had just had a practise battle with needed healing, so I did it. In the middle of a desolate wasteland (this would be one of the unnamed brown areas) the air shimmers and Zan appears.
It would seem that was a waste of time, Wraith commented. We are no nearer to our goal.
What makes you think that kid's wolf-thing wasn't the one that killed your pack?
Wraith was silent for a time. When he spoke again, his voice sounded troubled. I...suppose I cannot be sure. The thought that another wolf would be capable of such depravity...
All this time with me, and you're still surprised by the depths living creatures will sink to? Remember the Everdying?
Those were humans. I am well aware of the human penchant for degradation of self and others. Wolves, however, certainly direwolves, are above such things.
Zan conveyed the impression of a mental shrug. If you say so. Anyway, I guess our next step is to try and find that wolf. We should go back to that village.
With a slight rush of inrushing air, he vanished again, leaving the wasteland utterly empty once again.

Zan appeared on the edge of what was the town, now surrounded by a massive wall of trees.
"That's unusual," he said in a mildly interested tone. "I'm pretty sure that wasn't here before."
What does it matter? It will be cub's play to penetrate such a fragile barrier?
Maybe so. But for someone to go to that much trouble to keep people out, they must value their privacy highly. It would be unconscionably rude to just barge in.

Zan's though broke off suddenly as an insane flood of yammering filled his head. In his mind's eye he saw a figure outlined in swirling blue light hammering at a black and silver wall.
"Damn it'" he muttered.
This had happened before, although not for some time. One of the souls he had absorbed was trying to break free.
The lightning...thing, he thought. It must be more powerful than I thought.
My name iS NuROI!!! a voice howled.
Darkness coalesced next to Zan, taking on the familiar form of his direwolf companion.
"Keep watch for me,Wraith," Zan said.
The black direwolf nodded in a strangely human fashion, then settled himself in front of the human.
Freed of the need to be wary of external threats, Zan sat down crosslegged and assumed a trancelike state, slipping within his own soul to deal with the rebellious Nuroi.

Zan appeared on a gray, featureless plain, facing toward Nuroi.
Intent on the barrier he was attacking, the lightning creature didn't even notice his appearance.
Zan held out his right hand, black sparks shooting forth to form a circle around the enraged soul.
Stop this, Nuroi, he said. You seek your own destruction.
Nuroi turned to face him, a blast of blue lightning shattering the imprisoning circle and forcing Zan back.
rELease ME!!!
Zan shook his head as a black barrier surrounded him, keeping the lightning at bay. What would you do if I did? Your body is gone. If I released your soul, it would only dissipate. At least this way, you have life of a sort.

You deluded fool. There is no heaven. When the body dies, an unprepared soul simply vanishes, releasing its energy back into the world.
Nuroi's voice scaled up to a wordless howl of rage as he unleashed a massive bolt of lightning thicker than he was tall. Zan, unprepared for the fury of the attack, was forced back again, his barrier teetering on the edge of collapse.
