Well I am at work right now, doing nothing because the group I usually help after warehousing is done is no longer allowed to have my help because 'they need to be effective with what they have'.
So I am standing here at my desk looking busy til 1 PM.

Truth is not always believed especially when presented poorly. As such presentation detracts from credibility, marring and obscuring the truth in the process. This...is saying the same thing I said and contradicting your initial comment. Meaning, you agree with me. Thank you, come again. Hahahaha. Well, he was hatin' on the undead well before all that. I kind of understand his predicament though. It's just sucky because it limits a lot of applicable character types.
Undead might be the extreme of the spectrum. Somewhere in the middle though, you could have something like rock golem type characters like Malphite. They'd have many of the same pitfalls in being relatively immune to pain and extremely durable. Most elementals would, but so would oozes and things like robots - even a wide variety of cyborgs.
I can appreciate the GTB leaning towards a weaker cast. Makes me disappointed I can't use KB, but that just makes me look forwards to the next event where I can. Until then, I get to experiment with other stuff.

Yeah I agree with it, having a type that requires dismemberment in order to really 'beat' is a little off putting for a tournament of this type.
