It's like the old saying "I say to-may-to you say to-mah-to". People spell what two different ways, Zanpakutō? Maybe they do, and maybe there is an argument over it, but there's just that way. It's one word so there's no need to hyphen it.

It's one word so there's no need to hyphen it. I was meaning "Seireitei", but we can argue whatever and still end up getting mad at each other and stuck back at step one.
