It is a custom Staff i made even wings know about it.
Well pretty much if the user dies the staff goes to hiding til a family member is powerful enough to wager it or well have it. The staff if you take it will just keep vanishing, plain and simple.

Its the staff that absorbs 20% of everyones chakra and adds it to yourself right?
Chakra absorbing was banned. Period.

It is gone ... but you must know water which you may know but it is hidden in a temple that only i can get into with a specail eye that someone has

The staff can still be used...But it wont be able to absorb chakra.
Also all dojutsu that take place in transplants are made to go to stage one. But thats if its a transplant of a transplant.
Just apply for the same Kekkai genkai for your next RPc no reason to keep them.
What are they anyway?

Hey kit I just got word from the leader of HV: ban the trolling idiot if you want. He already said, ban anyone from HV that causes trouble: Makenzi-Uzamaki did you ban him from your guild if not do so ok, if my ppl are causing truble in your guild kick them
