((Sleep well, Spam.))
Sonja nods a little, "Yes, I should be able to. I was in Maintenance often enough to deliver or pick up mining equipment that needed repair, as well as flying ships that needed maintenance to keep running." If she could help, then perhaps she'd feel a little better about their situation.

((Sorry gang. Haven't been doing well recently..))
Aleron nodded with a smile to Misha. "Of course she is. Mace has saved me quite a few times. She's my Variable in logic. If something I couldn't have planned for happens, she's always able to counter my errors." he said as Mace seemed to look proud. He rubbed her head with a warm smile. "Isn't that right Macie-girl?"
She barked happily as Aleron checked his cells and looked around the hanger. "Aleron, checking in with the crew. We're about to begin securing the area, then search for a way to connect with the bridge, over."

Perfect. "Mio, it's Miya," she said, turning on the comm. link, "can you list off the parts you need to fix the ship? The survivor says she likely knows where they could be found aboard the station." Speckled lazuline eyes slowly moved their gaze about the room as she awaited a reply from the Cathan.

"Roger that, Lieutenant. Keep in contact, alright?" she says in a concerned tone.

"Just a couple moments, Doc, just finishing up the airlock's new programming," Mio replies. Really, this was where his talent with machinery and electronics really came in; had it been someone else doing the work, it would have taken probably two to three times as long, and that's if they knew what they were doing.
The couple moments go by and Mio checks over the coding before activating it. Nodding in satisfaction, he brings up the list of parts that would be needed to repair the Walkurst and lists them off over the comm line to sick bay.
Sonja listens to the listed parts needed and says, "Most of those can be found down in Maintenance. The Kolvanski though, there might be some under lock and key there as well, or they might be kept by the station's decommissioned star drive. I can get you down to Maintenance, but I'm not sure how to reach the station's engines, that was a restricted area before things went...bad..."

"Yessir." Aleron replied to the captain. "Misha, lets move." he said, starting to walk out toward what looked like an office. Maybe for the custodians that worked the hanger and ships clean? It was worth a shot, and they should have a phone or comm to talk to the bridge for status updates, right? "Coming up on what may be some sort of small office sector, at least 1 room with a glass viewing window. Looks dark inside...I'll check for a panel outside the door and see if I can get some power in the offices before heading in." he reported idly. He always did as he told his own soldiers, and that was report everything they were doing. Unless it was totally monotonous like breathing, he wanted to know for strategic purpose.

Miya listened quietly to the conversation between Mio and Sonja. "Do you feel well enough to actually go into the station and perhaps lead one or two others to find the parts?" she asked to Sonja when she'd finished talking. "Normally I'd make you just stay here until your wound healed more but, under these circumstances, it's your call since you aren't in critical condition or anything serious like that...though of course you can just stay here if you want." Usually Miya was very strict about precautionary waiting periods with patients, but time was of the essence now...waiting and rest could wait until they were off the station if the patient didn't feel he or she needed it.

Gin finally made it to the medical center and then she stepped inside. She looked around and saw the survivor and the medic.
"Uhm, Hi" She said quietly not wanting to interupt the conversation she had caught the tail end of as she stepped in. She rubbed one of her arms alittle bit,.
"the captian sent me in here to get some rest if that's ok with you?" she asked quietly looking tired. Her ears and tail dooping down

Misha's visor blinked slightly losing it's sheen as they approched the small office. She kept an eye on the small radar on her hud. "Only small patches of that goo but nothing moving for the moment barely any heat sigs inside but I see nothing in the windows at the moment." As he would move to the panel she turned to watch his back making sure to watch for motion and movement as she let the low light work to her advantage for the moment, "Nothing on our six at the moment Al but try not to be too long with that panel..." She wasn't ordering more like suggesting in a way but it still that crass tone she always had. Misha was in soldier mode at the moment and she would remain that way until it was time for something else...

Sonja glances over at Gin when the Cathan enters. From the way she looked, the medic must have really had a rough few weeks. To Miya, she replies, "Yes, I think I can do that. The Genesi-stim gel is wonderful stuff for that." _______________________ There was no panel outside the door to the office suite. A small patch of the goop was on the door, partially covering the label on the sliding door that said "Hangar Director." The patch of goop slowly inflated and deflated slightly, giving the impression that it was breathing. A sudden shower of sparks, easily visible in the darkened office suite, gave a potential clue as to why there was no power in it...

"I see. Well then, we should probably talk to the Captain about it." Miya's elven ears had picked up on Gin's entrance and question, even while listening to Sonja. "It's perfectly fine," she replied, looking at the tired survivor with a small smile, "I'll wake you if anything happens, but otherwise you should be able to sleep as long as you need to."
Turning her attention back to Sonja, she felt she knew what the next thing she should do was. "Captain, this is Miya," she said into the comm. link, "Sonja says that she could be able to lead a small group through the station to find the parts needed to fix our ship, and she says she's feeling well enough to go out there. Do you think that, perhaps after Misha and Aleron return, that would be a good idea?"

Aurora frowns at that. "What do YOU think Doctor. Is it really safe for her to go?"

"The wound is sealed and clean, and the cauterized areas shouldn't re-open. By the time the two in the field return, I should be able to tell if she has enough stamina for it." After a silent sigh, she added, "Normally I wouldn't even consider letting her go, but...letting her go could allow us all to get out of here faster, and then she'd have as much time as she needs to rest. If she stays in sickbay, it would be iffy as to whether anyone could find the proper parts, even if she guided them. In short...desperate times call for desperate measures and, as long as she's not in pain, there shouldn't be any problems caused by her wound."

"She'll do us no good if she goes out before she's made a satisfactory recovery. It's too risky. In any case, I don't think we're going anywhere until we've found a cure for this thing. We...run a risk of spreading it further..."
