As for the Power Up I'd say it's used to show the full extent of your power if you have it suppressed. If you don't know Power Up them you'd always be at full power so you couldn't mask your power level if your trying to escape or not be found. So Power Up doesn't raise your power level it just brings it to it's max based on how strong the certain character. It's really like two in one , it allows you to suppress your power and bring it back up. A custom would not be required to suppress your power but it would be required to create suppressed forms, which I think would be pointless.

And when did that Primal Rage thing go up in the Ansatsuken Dojo? That's kind of like Nyx's Feral Mode.

Well I wanted humans to have a new ability so I suggested an ability that would allow humans for a third eye. And then I realized 'hey I should also do humanoid animals' and Primal Rage was made! And Primal Rage is about animal gods beating the crap out of each other..

Well, at least it's a little bit different from the Feral Mode I made.
Nyx doesn't get a power boost but she gets double the Ki she has like the False Super Saiyan mode.

Nyx surely isn't any weaker than Ayane, if anything, Ayane is weaker. Granted, Dabura's Sword does help.
