Your back story does not influence your rank or power at all. Once you learn everything you can learn at your level of genin, ask Qastor if you can be Chuunin in ability, though still genin in rank. That's what he allowed me to do with Shi, since I learned all fifteen of my available jutsu with her earlier.
Oh, Meedle...Would you consider being a henchman of Shi? biggrin She could use the followers for an upcoming Arc...he'll more than likely die, buuuuut....it would be fun biggrin
I mean, I'm full well expecting Shi to not survive.

Mag, I completely agree...especially since I had her train an E rank jutsu up to B Rank biggrin
She's also, in essence, a Tsunade. Medical Capabilities and able to punch a hole through virtually anything. Her base character trait gives her a two bonus to strength and she has a special fighting style that Tsunade and Sakura have. Chakra Enhanced Strength. Not pleasant for someone in her way, especially seeing how slight of body she is. She'll be underestimated many times, resulting in the demise of many shinobi.
Needless to say, I've had a hell of a lot of fun making her.

Well, I want to stick with his storyline... i mean that's the point of RPing right? creating and playing a character's story... he has his reasons why he's still a genin though he should already have a konin to sanin like abilities. (atleast on my perspective.) I already talked to Q, he said he'd allow Minoru to be chuunin, though i dont want to automatically promote him. thats the Kusakage's job razz then finally i could remove some of those strike xd and nope, I dont think it's in Minoru's personality to follow a pranksters orders... he's just too old for that.. (being 25 years of age razz ) the Raikage inspired me to create Minoru... though when completed, I think Minoru would be way more bad@ss than Raikage himself.

You dingus, Shi is no prankster. She's twenty one, as well...her plans are not pranks, it's complete and total domination of the ninja world. And her first bit of business if collecting intel on all of the Kage...hence the sneaking into the Five Kage Summit. She'll need help in the plans, as well as able bodied shinobi such as Minoru.
She killed two Jounin in the Outskirts of the Leaf, if that helps you make your decision. And before you wave that off as my own doing...read it. It's completely viable and would definitely happen, rather than being bits of true godmod.
Psh...pranks. Those are for Ikumen biggrin
Mag, I saw that biggrin You're having more fun with Sanbi than I get to have with Rika at this point...due to the restriction of having to be Sannin level to tame Houkou. He just talks to her every so often...and he's not a mindless tard like Sanbi xd

Sorry for misinterpreting your RPC's actions razz anyway... Im having second thoughts here razz I can't see a reason why Minoru should assist you on your plans...

XD I'ma let Qastor have his hand at it. Because you've created four techniques in those two listed, not sure if you realized that or not.
The Satetsu Punch and Kick moves are sub techs, yes, but they fall within the initial ones and require them to be active. So you'd have you split them off into two more techs.
And do you mean that you cannot think of a reason for him not to follow her?

Im quite unsure with that too.... i just noticed that i'll have a Bukijutsu slot when i hit chuunin... Im just thinking of a way to utilize that slot while still staying on Minoru's brawler fighting style.

As a mod, it is my duty to help you whenever possible. Now...I'd suggest that you create a custom that makes your sand form into spiked gauntlets. Then learn Shigure Souen, as it only really requires a piercing weapon. With your sand wrapped around your fists with a spike protruding out, it will make your strikes mix Tai and Buki together. You do a Kaiser Cannon with your fist wrapped in the Iron Sand gauntlet and use the Elemental Appliance tech. biggrin
I'm devious in the creation and mixing of techniques...I swear, I'd be the most brilliant damn ninja if Naruto's ninja were real.
