I'll reconsider if you best me in GTA IV multiplayer.
Knives only.
On top of a bus.
That Dash is driving.
That can't go below 55 MPH.
At night.

Ugh, Enki made the rain in that post, didn't he?
I put it off for this other site, or else I would have beaten that with Kael triggering the sprinkler system and wrecking the pipes, and turning up the pressure on the fountain to get that "rain".

Yeah, I figured that the message at the end was either to the sky in general, or to someone else, not being sent to Owle. Still, I would have had fun doing it, I think. XP
I just got all excited about breaking things to get some water flow going.

Kael was asked if he knew anyone who could "make rain" and Owle says her character would have used a voice that indicated it was important... but not knowing what's going on... and if it starts raining... he's the type to brush off his hands, declare one problem taken care of, and move on to the next.
I think I'll just use this as a chance for some funny dialog and continue with what I'd originally been up to.
I'm sure as long as I'm in this game and people are wanting me to do things I'll manage to find other ways to ruin the script.
