Amber noticed the vampire who had chased her the other night step in through the door to the VIP section, and recognize her immediately. Her change of hairstyle - which she now wore long in a dark, almost black, brown - hadn't seemed to throw him off.
She smiled inwardly. Things were going swimmingly. Knowing that the vampire probably wouldn't want to start trouble in an elder's club, she felt confident that she could safely finish her shift. Until then, she continued to dance in her lingerie for those who, unlike Marcus, were considered "VIPs."

Peter stood very alone and to himself on the brick wall of the alleyway overlooking the club.. His arms crossed, his focus swept his surroundings..
peter?... may i talk to you franky? 'Why ask, my opinion barely ever made a difference.'

After what seemed like half an hour on the dance floor, Marcus eventually stopped dancing amongst his fellow clubbers. Realizing he wasn't going to be seeing any action amongst the intoxicated dancers, Marcus drifted further away from the doorway to the VIPs back to the bar. Once more taking up an empty section, this time with a better view of the special doorway, Marcus took a seat on the stool and simply nodded his head to the beats of the techno music playing. In all honesty, Marcus hated Techno. But he wasn't going to go blowing his cover, especially since he had this sixth sense about this joint and what lied behind the magic door.
"Gimlet on the rocks." He ordered this time, his hand removing a twenty from within his pocket and resting it up in the air. Without looking, the bill vanish and the sound of ice being broken into smaller pieces and liquids being mixed for the strange drink. Keeping his loop-sided smile on his face, Marcus continued to scan over the crowd and watch the interaction between human and vampires.
It wasn't long for his drink to appear before him. Smiling and giving a nodding approval to the drinks strange appearance, Marcus took a small sip and once more gazed at the dancer, though is main attention was still on the VIP lounge entry.
Heh, perhaps I should of taken Kerrigan's offer and have her let me in. Then again...I'll probably end up making a mess of this place and probably end up gettin' myself killed. A mental sigh echoed inside his mind at the thought, though inside, he yearned for some sort of destruction over this place.

As the woman danced Jack studyed her body. She was clearly very agile, which she most certainly had proved the last time their paths had crossed.
He reached into his pocket and brought out something small, he angled it so the lights would reflect off the metal.
He waited to see how she would react...

No really Peter we have to talk..
'Ok, whats on your mind.. Strange I ask that considering your in mine.'
Stay focused Peter.. Now, we need to talk business. Our boss lady calls the shots, you've made that clear.. and she doesn't like me she's made that clear.. and you know how much I distaste being pushed around like some helpless farm animal... And I can see right now, that your just going to use me to shift and aren't going to let me out much..
'I don't think Miss Eden would react keenly to your.. ways of things.'
Yeah I got that when we where having our nice vampire meal out back.. I want to talk to her face to face.
'how do i know you won't get me fired?'
your kidding me right?.. this city is full of action, lycans going astray and attacking at random, vampires getting a bit too thirsty and go after a late night bite with the humans.. demons everywhere.. I'm just waiting for any of them to cross the line.. this is the best city a hunter like us can ever imagine..Despite my hatred for being a dog to a younger less experienced being.. I will respect the chain of command, and if it means staying here, do anything ordered of me to stay here. That's right, I'll walk in their god damn line.. I'm not going to like it, but I will.. I'll even be nice.
' I don't believe it.. If I let you out in this city, I might never get back in..'
you are human in your own way, everyone in this city is.. every one gets tired, everyone has physical needs.. food, water, blood... flesh.. I don't.. I just want, and on the top list of want's is destruction, death, hate.. pain.. those are the only human sensations I want... I want out of the spot behind your eye's where I can only watch, and only feel the pulse on your neck.. I want in. I want the heartbeat, I want the motions. I want to own it all.. everything you own in this world, your motions your choices your feelings, I want. I know the b***h isn't keen on me.. and that our best position to hunt is on their side.. but if I have to I'll work something out as long as I get my time outside, ok. I'll fallow your lead, I'll obey your orders.. just let me out..
'... I don't know.. Eden doesn't mind me in her city.. I've shown her my side.. you, your different. I don't know if she would appreciate me letting you out.. I don't think the risk would be necessary in her eyes..'
Ok think about it, you have just shifted four times tonight.. you've eaten well.. you've used alot of energy shifting.. your tired, your running on alot of adrenalin..
' I've gone alot longer, and without sleep you know that..'
Granted sure, your a tough bucket of nails, but your pron to mistakes when your this worn..ok you could take a gang of vampires easy and come out without a drip of blood.. your blood. But I'm not talking about what works.. I'm talking about perfection.. about limitless energy, about never slowing down. I know you want to climb the ranks.. I know your already sick of being thrown in with the hunters that started a month ago and don't know s**t about the job, and this is your first night on the job. You want to make a good impression on your superiors, you want to show them all you can be.. Let me out, I can show them what you can do.. give me the controls, sit back and watch the ride.. you make the calls. I'll obey, I swear.
'The other hunter.. Amber.. she'd know somethings up, she doesn't even trust me let alone know about you. '
Seduction, hasn't heard ten words from you, how would she be able to tell the difference.. besides like I said, your orders.. tell me what to say and I'll say it.. I don't mind being the puppet, just let me out..
'...fine.'

Amber continued her dancing, pretending not to notice. But her pole-dancing did suddenly increase in complexity - she was trying to present a harder to hit target. Just in case. Over the course of her dancing, while running a hand along her thigh, she casually slipped a quick look at the knife hidden in her stocking, in response to his threat.
Of course, the young woman didn't think he would shoot. Causing trouble for any reason in Rogue's club was a bad idea, and Amber had the fangs to buy her at least some time until they could sift through the records of who was and wasn't a member of the coven. It seemed more likely that he would follow her out.
Just you wait, she thought to herself, My shift's almost over...

Peter looked at his watch.. he breathed in deeply.. he grinned drunkenly.
Ahh, this air.. so sharp, so clear..
He pulled the duffel bag from behind his legs, pulling the strap of the bag tighter, swinging it over his shoulder and taking a step forward into the street..
Feel that Peter? The time's close.. It's coming, Blood will fall soon.. I can feel the air anticipating it, the air wants to bring it out of the body, wants to take the life from it and shrivel it into some dry crusted stain..
'Do not talk in riddles.'
Ha, your kind cant imagine all the magic in the world.. you can't see it, can't feel it.. even when you've lived centuries.. you barely have even started to wrap your little minds around the feelings, the slightest whispers in the wind of the moonlit nights you barely start to hear... then when you hear it, you cant comprehend what it is.. cant even fathom to put a name to what you begin to see..
'Focused. You have work. Stop admiring the wind. Pay attention to the club.'
Yes master. Peter could hear the voice smiling, It unnerved him.

After finishing his third glass, Marcus sighed a little as he lazily glanced once more to the VIP doorway and then back to his empty glass. How long he's been keeping watch, the Hunter couldn't tell, but the feel of the place was beginning to get to him. The techno, the lights, and simply the aura of the joint was wearing him out. Hunched and rubbing his fingers along the glass, Marcus glanced at the bouncer-occupied door once more wearily. His demeanor and clubber faded as boredom and dullness drilled into his mind. Despite the fact a score of his prey danced behind him, all the dark haired Hunter could think of was what was behind that door.
Letting out a sigh, Marcus let his hand run through his hair before leaning back on the stool he sat. A weak smile formed on his face before he looked at his empty tumbler glass for a minute. "******** it." With that thought, the Hunter reached into his pocket, produced a ten dollar bill and left it next to the drink.
Spent thirty dollars and no kill. Blah, maybe I'll get better luck next time... With that thought, Marcus adjusted his blue blazer some and crack his neck. With a nod, the man left the building, knowing there was always next time. But as soon as he was to walk out the Vampire filled bar, a nagging feeling swelled up in him. This was the same nagging feeling that pushed him into this "hobby". The same nagging feeling that told him that woman who tore his world asunder was not human. He sighed and glanced at the spot he had occupied for quite some time.
"Blah...Barkeep. Water, please?" Marcus grumbled as he returned to the empty space, his gaze drifting nonchalantly to the VIP lounge door. <******** it. Something's up and I'm gonna find out what...

He lit a cigarette and took a drag, . 'You're good, but not that good sweetie' He said quietly. He brought out his phone and rang Kensington, a few words were exchanged before Jack returned the phone to his pocket.

Veroen entered the bar with a graceful, yet fast paced stride. It had been quite some time since he had been there. His mind flashed back to the day that he lost his eye and was forced to come here, and go to the private section with access granted only to those with proper clearance.
Of course, Veroen had proper clearance.
That kind of clearance was only granted to those who were of partially high status in the Coven. Veroen was a key assassin to the Coven, and was more than welcome into the VIP area in the back of the club/bar.
Veroen continued his stride without stopping, until he reached the back of the bar.
He turned around as usual, seeing how many were watching him, before he would normally enter the back area.
He stopped, however, when he noticed a particular human staring at the door that Veroen was about to enter.
His eyes narrowed.
It was obvious that this human was taking a misplaced interest in the VIP section of this place.
Veroen instead made his way toward the human, instead of entering the door.
Veroen did not recognize this one. He was obviously a hunter, but most likely new to the roster.
It was also apparent that this one had much to learn.
Veroen continued towards Marcus without breaking his stride, until he stood next to the hunter. Veroen leaned up against the bar surface, and crossed his arms as he stared right at Marcus. He cocked his eyebrow as he began to address the boy.
"You look like you want something that you cannot have."
He said this bluntly, as his single crimson eye inspected the boy from head to toe, instantly calculating where the human could have weapons hidden. A black eye patch covered the socket of where his other eye used to be. Veroen was a rather intimidating Vampire, standing at 6' 8" and 200 lbs. He was well built, and an expert assassin. He was also one of the original members of the New York coven, serving with Alasdair many times, and killing many foes.

Marcus spotted the vampire as soon as he entered the bar, causing a smile on his face. Though the man who was now drinking water, continued to watch the door, his face expressed no extreme interest in it. However, this perceptive vampire picked up to Marcus's underlying interest. Marcus noticed as the man narrowed his eyes upon him and then began to work his way over to him. Taking his glass of water, Marcus chugged what was left of its content and placed the empty glass before him. He watched with a loop-sided smile and a raised eye brow as the male approach him.
"Damn right I do. I want into the VIP lounge." The man, who now appeared drunk, muttered. Luckily, after three glasses of the cocktail of Gimlets, his breath stank of the alcohol, only adding to his impersonation of being intoxicated. Marcus matched the one-eyed man's stare, though his was haphazard-like, with the one eyed man and gave a wide grin as he turned and cross his own arms over his chest.
"Now unless yer a friend who's gonna hook up this 'ere friend. I don't think you can give me what I want." He continued, his words slurring slightly, but not enough to seem like exaggeration of his inebriated state. Marcus then lean into the vampire as he made sure to breath on the man so he could bask in his aroma of gin and lime. "Now them bouncers won't take money to let me in, but perhaps you will." Reaching into his blazer, Marcus produced a bunch of fives and singles and spread them apart with one hand to make them look like more than what was really there.
"I got money. You let me in, my friend, and I'll let Mr. Jefferson and Washington be yer friend." The Hunter said as he then leaned back, smiling and nodding his head in an obnoxious manner. One thing Marcus knew, it was how to keep his cover and since the bouncers and some of the other folks remembered him as a drunk clubber, he might as well keep up the charade.
"I mean, come on. I know there gotta be some killer chicks back there. Probably gotta a strip show or somethin' back there, right?" The man continued as his attention turn to his glass. "Either way, help me or ******** off, yer choice." The drunk mumbled, his demeanor changing as the dark haired man looked as though he was trying his hardest to recall what was it he was suppose to do.

It was a good thing Kerrigan was no stranger to Las Noches, and even better that she and Rogue were actually on semi-good terms. So when her mercedes pulled up outside the club, she didn't have to look twice at the bouncers outside, walking in straight past the line that was starting to form out the door. Most looked angered as the black-haired huntress wearing nothing but a pair of fitted jeans, heeled boots and a looser black shirt fitted to her waist with a teal belt, managed to just walk in when they had been standing there for probably a half hour. As petty as it was, she did like feeling important. What girl wouldn't?
Her pale skin shown different colors in the flashing lights as she moved her way through the dance floor with ease, almost as if it were some kind of dance she was doing on her own. Her eyes, now green, showed that she was having a good time, while also searching for her purpose to be here - Kerrigan Taylor always had a purpose to be anywhere. Finally, she spotted who she was looking for, sitting at the bar with a glass of what she could only assume was water in front of him. Just as she neared him, a vampire standing near him with a menacing air about him. Again, she knew Raven would be perfectly capable to handling the situation, but now he didn't have to. Even though she really had no interest in getting into the VIP section of the club right now, she did have an interest in seeing if Rogue was around.
Hearing the other vampire's comment just as she approached, followed by Raven's rather amusing reply, she closed the distance between herself and the bar, not sure how the vampire was going to react to his answer. It was best to intervene, and so upon approaching she accidentally "fell" onto Marcus, her arms slipping about his neck, head gliding over his shoulder to rest against his briefly. A soft giggle escaped her as she tossed her jet black curls over her shoulder, glancing at the vampire in question with a playful smirk.
"I thought I was the only killer girl you needed," she said with a playful wink, straightening her posture once more to quit "laying" on Raven. Even when she stoop upright, one arm still draped over Raven's shoulder the other vampire towered over here - and yet she was far from intimidated. Making eye contact with him, her green eyes glinting in the flashing lights of the club, she tilted her head to the side slightly, her eyes gliding over his figure before returning to his face. She didn't know him, which was a little strange, but that might mean he didn't know her either. This could get really interesting.
"So, like, do you know if Rogue is around? She and I go way back - it'd be nice to see her again." Even though she probably already knew the answer, she felt it was polite to ask anyways before she just started walking around the place, looking for her. The bartender delivered her drink, Kerrigan leaving the money and tip on the counter as she picked it up. It looked normal, just a little darker in color. It wouldn't take an idiot much to figure out why. Taking a deep drink from the class, she licked her lips afterward, sinking into a sitting position on Raven's lap without any real warning as she waited for an answer. If someone didn't know she was a hunter, they might think she was just another vampire flirting with her next meal. She liked it that way...seemed to give her the element of surprise.

Veroen would have normally chuckled at the situation, but today he was all business. He watched the human carefully as the human spoke in a drunken tone.
He was slightly amused at the situation. The human appeared to be drunk and appeared as though he wanted into the back of the bar, but apparently for different reasons than Veroen first expected.
This was an odd boy...too odd, in fact. Veroen let him finish his ramble without expression. Veroen had met his kind much too often. He smelled of alcohol, but his eyes betrayed him. They did not have the reddish glaze about them that normal drunks would have had. If this were the first time Veroen had seen this act, it might have fooled him. However, the hunter James pulled this trick one time too many, and Veroen was quite aware of the fact that this hunter was acting a fool in a literal sense.
Veroen did not make a move, keeping his Assassin resolve.
"You are trying to delve into territory too big for you. I suggest you try a different hobby that wont be the death of you."
Veroen said this in a calm, yet stern voice. He was not fooled by the boys act, though it was more believable than James' drunken act.
"You may want to take into account that your eyes are a dead giveaway to your attempt at acting a drunk. I know your kind all too well, and whatever your reason for wanting to enter places that you do not belong, I suggest you think of something else to waste your time with."
He wondered slightly why the hunter was taking interest in the back area. Surely Edith wasn't ordering him to look into this area. She was well aware that this area was not safe territory for hunters.
Veroen smiled in his mind when he thought of Edith, the love of his life. He had been through a good amount of things together with her, and their love was unending.
He then brought his thoughts back to the situation at hand, still keeping his expressionless, yet slightly menacing stare at the boy, waiting for his reaction to the fact that he had been exposed.
However once Kerrigan had entered the bar, and approached them, Veroen was in no way going to play along with the two hunters. He may have been in love with the leader of the Hunters, but he would not play her followers games.
"No, Rogue is not around. So I suggest you two find something better to do than to snoop in Coven territory." He replied to the girl bluntly. He was too wise to be fooled. He was well aware that the boy wanted in the back area for reasons that he would not say. He did not trust this girl any more than he trusted the boy.

Marcus couldn't help but let his smile grow as the lithe vampiress leaped upon his lap as the one-eyed man continue to speak to him, accusing him of not being a drunk. And dammit, he's right, but that's alright...back up is here. The hunter thought as he continued to bare a grin that could only be described as devious in nature. Gripping roughly around Kerrigan's waist, Marcus looked at the woman in the face and then at the vampire.
"Whoa, Whoa, Whoa. I just wanted to see what was on the other side is all." That and see what that gentleman from earlier was doing. "But that's alright. Because I got this 'ere killer chick now." The drunk continued as he glanced over to the lovely Kerrigan as she remained perched on his lap. It was hard for him to keep a straight face in this situation as he held her waist tightly. "So you know what, ya can keep yer stinkin' VIP lounge. As fer the whole drunk deal, I have no idea what yer talkin' about. I'm not drunk. Never was." The man confessed, despite the fact he continued to carry himself as one. His smile never faded from his face as he then glanced over to Kerrigan and blew a kiss at her.
"As fer you, dear. Yer the only killer chick for me. I was just curious is all." Marcus said to Kerrigan as he gave her a tight squeeze. "Ya know I'll never go about leavin' you for another."

Veroen's eye narrowed again at the boys reaction. He was not fooled by this at all. However, he was silent, keeping the same expressionless assassin resolve, as he waited for the female hunters reaction to the boys attempt at covering up his opening in his rather pathetic disguise.
