But the first time I used one, I thought I had a baby out of my nostril, it was like a tiny mouse in size and shape. ewwwwww... then I don't want to use one... that would make me barf! Sorry Kuju... sweatdrop But seriously, it does promote a healthy nasal system and upper respiratory benefits too. ummmm... kay. sweatdrop If I come across one I will think about getting it... and then about the mouse up your nose. It was not a mouse though, just shaped like it. It was actually skin, snot, hair, blood, and other debris all built up over the 20 years prior to me using the neti pot.

Yeah... it is actually a very healthy thing to use and not everyone uh... "gives birth to baby mice" rofl My mom uses one and it really helps her. No baby mice there.

Exxos It was not a mouse though, just shaped like it. It was actually skin, snot, hair, blood, and other debris all built up over the 20 years prior to me using the neti pot.

neti pots have been used for thousands of years.
It's part of the Ayerveda system of health care.
You're supposed to use salt in the water.
