ok
first place will be an April 2004 letter
they get this by paying an entrance fee of 500 gold and being the first post on page 950 or untill the forum is locked if it is done in the april event forum thingy.
second place will be an april 2005 letter
they do not have to be registered for this one, but someone who is registered may win this item.
they can not win more than one item
where should we hold it?

I like the idea of it being in the april event thingy
like when it locks
no disputes or anything.
Probably get alot of attention there too, alot.
