Description: Using his snow chakra as a medium, Noctis as the ability to sense anyone coming in contact with his snow chakra. So if he makes a snow storm, the small particles could give him the ability to sense and locate/track an individual traveling through it
1: Chakra is just a visual materialization not snowlike and therefore lacks base from description
2: Passive portion is denied
3: Range is way too large for a simple D Rank Jutsu
4: Too close to sensor abilities

Skipping 1 & 2 cause I got nothing to comeback with. 3: Well I would have to use a more powerful jutsu to add this on which would help me sense, in a sense its a support jutsu for my more powerful techniques. 4: Well Not really, Sensors can sense you anywhere even if your hiding somewhere, if my snow isn't touching you than I can't sense you. but w/e i g2g ty for looking over it

Description: The most basic of all of Flou's Ninja wire techniques. The Technique bases over the user manipulating two string, one in each hand that will lash out and wrap around the target from either side, this creating confusion from which way to unravel the wiring if connected with the target. The two wires will always be parallel to each other, creating a strong hold and overlapping. the wires are strong enough to rip weapons out of the targets hands and if tightened enough, able to guillotine an opponent. If you were aiming to in fact chop of a limp or head with this technique, the threads would at least have to hold for [2] posts of your OPPONENT. This technique can be used with one string, but it's not as strong as it usually would.

This technique does not work with Iron Blend 070, as it will stiffen the wires.

Description: By manipulating eight ninja wires with the thumb, ring finger, middle finger, and index finger on both hands, Flou can manipulate the wires like a well oiled machine. The wires will surround the target and like a snake will surround the target a few times until finally the threads, in unison, tighten and like chain locks, will loop over his shoulder's go around the arms and put them behind the targets back, finally stringing it'self around the target a few times and bind their legs. There are different ways of performing this, it can be used as a hanging noose or even tie them to a tree or something.

Description: (What it does)
A complex taijutsu foot step technique, by weaving chakra in a complex pattern at the sole of the foot one can gain optimal footing to attack. From there by quickly hammering the foot into the ground Manny will speed forwards in a linear fashion, at speeds where the eyes of even the best may loose sight of him momentarily. The technique can be used in two ways, in the offencive way it will always set Manfread to set up for a well placed attack (if in range of target) no matter the position he is standing in. The Evasive method allows him to swiftly escape attack by moving in any one direction (linear pattern) to GTFO.
The technique can use up to 3 steps per chakra release (ie 20 chakra= up to 3 steps). Or 3 times over the next 2 posts (before the technique 'wears off' and has to be used again) in any sort of succession. If used in succession it requires a 1 post cool down, to to strain on the legs. The cool down can be by passed but the user risks breaking his legs. Although it is called thunder step it does not use lightning the reason it is thunder step is because of the sound of his foot to ground.
Distance Travelled per movement: Max distance travelled in one 'step' 50 feet, min that must be travelled in one 'step' 5 feet.

It can also stop projectiles, and weapons. Lasts 10 posts

Medium sized weapons such as Katanas Take a C rank-Lasts 5 posts longer because it stays physically connected to the user.

Description: This technique take's a massive amount of chakra, and has a massive amount of specifications. This is a technique only used in certain situations. During a Walking Limb Technique, a limb will find a corpse that is well preserved, and by well preserved, I mean still in tact. The threads within the limb will leach into the body much like the extraction technique and will connect and spread through the body. The body that is being used will become a vessel for the limb and become, something that resembles a Shadow Clone. It will only last [7] posts and the body can perform the element the heart inside the original limb has and Bloodline techniques equal and lower then Rank B. ALL OTHER TECHNIQUES [ie: Bukijutsu, Taijutsu, Genjutsu, Puppet, other elements, etc.] are not able to be used by the clone. The body does not take on the shape of the original user, instead it stays as the body it takes. It is a stealthy short term version of the Realization of the Heart technique.

2: Lasts for too long of a period
Bakuton Burst : Accepted On one condition. It must be restricted like the Shunshin Jutsu. It can only be used three times in the span of a fight.
