 Travon made his way up to his feet which was hard considering they wanted to wobble. the gate open up and hoping the placed laser beam things they had for defense wouldn't pop up, seeing as they didn't Travon sigh in relief. he looked up and saw Brett half out the partly open door. "hey man" he said sounding winded "do you guys got a safe room or anything, that might work?"Akira asked. "or are we in it?"
Brett disabled the alarm long enough to get the gate open and get Travon inside. As Travon came closer to him, Brett caught a definite blood smell, like it was still bleeding "let get you down to Sam, she can bandage you up before kit decides to come."(i just realized we know at least one canon charter will be there to guard the place and from watch one to many episodes for my own good, i figure it probably Wolverine (Travon's most fav person! lol xd ))

"Not to sound chicken and all, but we don't have to kill everyone at the mansion, right?" Tala said quietly. "I mean, yeah they're self-centered twots....."
Kurai looked over at Kit for her thoughts. "I really have no feelings for them at all so either way in my opinion."
Jaime sat silently in the backseat, reloading. "Next left up here, if your after the one that got away. The one with the shadows?"
"That f***ing piece of fecal matter is mine." Kurai growled.

Her eyes narrowed as she drove the SUV through the closed gates of the Xavier Mansion. Alarms went off around them and as the defense devices came up from the ground they were hidden in they were lit on fire. Kit didn't bother answering any of them. Toad and Travon were being hidden by these fools. Instead of saying anything she got out of the vehicle and walked in through the front door that was left wide open.
The red lights and alarms sounding told her one thing. Kit and company were there. "You guys stay down here." Samantha said as she left the room and went up through the elevators. When she reached the main floor she cautiously stepped out and looked around. Being as quiet as she could she went to the foyer but all she saw was the door wide open. "Hello?" She called out and was greeted by a strong hand wrapping around her throat from behind and the cold metal of the barrel of a gun being pressed to her temple. "Kit...listen sweetie, you don't have to do this...."
"See that's the thing Sam. I do. You guys have no idea what the Brotherhood is planning for you or the normal people. Who do you think stole Kuma, hmm? It certainly wasn't us. Magneto musta gotten a way into Kuma's world and pulled out someone that's a hundred times more frightening then the Pheonix and Juggernaut put together. This bear is damn near unstoppable. You really want to be friends with a team that pulled that trick out of the bag to destroy you guys?" She hissed in the younger ones ear. Kit looked up at Kurai, Tala, Damien, and Jaime entered the house. "Tell us where Travon, Toad, and Akira are and we promise not to destroy your house. We like you guys and really don't want to have to kill you either. Just give us the brotherhood boys and we'll take them far away so you don't have to watch."
Mortimer groaned and started coming to. Last thing he remembered was passing out on the porch of his house. He didn't even remember how he had gotten there. His eyes still slightly out of focus he saw familiar shapes. "Travon...Akira? Where are we?" Then he saw Brett. "What's going on?" He finally realized the alarms were going off.

Brett covered his ear once the alarm went off they were loud and startling. "i know a way out that they don't know about" Brett said over the alarms. "me and Sam can distract them long enough for you to get away" Brett turn toward toad "think you can move?" he knew if need be Travon and Akira could carry him."you guy have escape routes here too....we sure as hell need them" travon replied. kit was here the whole infirmary was flashing red, would they be able able to make it to the escape routes in time? "we better get going, i can help the with the distraction. nothing like a few rabid zombie dogs to by some time" she said wanting to get out of here. they needed more people on their team, maybe once they they told magneto of the near 2:1 ratio they were up against, they might get sent a few new members...only if they could make it out alive.Damian blew up the on fire defense systems just in case they could still fire when on fire. kit wet in to the house, Damian tried to follow but was last cause he had trouble with the seat belt. Tala helped him out, he had been about read to blow up the buckle to get free.

Both Kurai and Jaime stood silently, as Kit seemed to have a good handle on the situation. Kurai had both her swords unsheathed, and Jaime had one hand resting ready on the gun at his hip.
Tala half-smiled and helped Damian out of the car and then went in, pulling him behind her.

"Listen, Kit, I know things are going to happen but really do you think this is the...." She was cut off as she gasped for air when Kit's hand tightened around her neck. The strength behind the grip was surprising and the edges of Sam's vision started to get fuzzy as she stared at Kurai and the man next to her. "This is useless..." Kit's angry voice said and the next second there was a sharp pain in the back of her head and everything went black.
Kit dropped Samantha's unconscious body in front of her and shook her head. "They probably have the bastards down in the ********' medical labs. C'mon." She said and led her team to one of the hidden panel doors that led to the basement. Cracking open the panel for the security code her ears went back. "Jaime, you any good at hacking?" She could break the code but she wanted to see what the new guy could do.
He winced as he sat up and felt stitches in various places. Other then that he felt pretty decent considering what he went through the last few days. "Forget the dogs. That'll just get the psycho pissed. We have got to get out of here." He slowly got off the bed and slipped on a pair of hospital slippers Sam had apparently left for him. "There's an escape route, right Brett?" He asked the only member of the X-men there with them at the time.

"yea we need to get moving like now there at the elevator" Brett said keeping tabs on Kit and everyone else on their team, it was easy considering they were all near each other. he led them quickly toward the tunnel, hoping to make it there before kit came down.
travon helped toad keep up with everyone else. he hoped they could make it out and find somewhere to go. maybe they could call for some reinforcements. magneto would be very pissed to hear that one of his favorites got killed. Akira suck close to Brett and followed his instruction on where to look so he could led them right.
Damian was holding the flank just in case they got jumped this big of a place had to be swimming with reinforcements, he had his back to the group and was eying every nook and cranny his eyes could fine, someone was watching them, he was sure of it. it was driving him mad that he couldn't find the source. he was about to start blowing everyone thing not structural just to find the damn person.

Jaime twitched a hand at Kit indicating she should step to the side. After about 45 seconds study, he reached into his pocket and pulled out a tool that looked like a cross between pliers and wire cutters. As he worked, he said, "Maybe not hack, but this is almost as good." As he finished, the door slid open.
While Jaime was at work, Kurai bound Sam in thick ropes of dim light, that were almost invisible in the lit room.
Tala got a couple long knives ready, and said." Ya know, it'd been quicker just to let Damian blow it up, but ya know the spy thing's kinda cool. Dude, what the hell is wrong with you?" She noticed he was looking decidedly paranoid, but still was a bit unsure if this 'normal' for him.

"It's Brett. He's keeping tabs on where we are. Kurai, Tala you guys should know the feeling his power has when it's being used on you." When they got into the lower levels she looked around and sniffed at the air. Ears going back she started walking to the left, following the scent of Toad and Travon. "Jeez this place is kinda...I dunno...off. It's cold compared to the rest of the house." She mumbled.
They were half way through the tunnel when the hair on the back of his neck stood on end. He glanced back with wide eyes expecting to see Kit bearing down on them but didn't. "C'mon...we have to move a wee bit faster." He said and the group picked up the pace until Brett lead them to an underground hanger where the X-Jet sat. "We're taking it...I'm sure the professor won't mind."

"go ahead I'll buy you enough time to get away" he said more concerned with their safety more than if he would get in trouble for letting them use the x-jet. once they ere getting on the jet he closed the door and locked it. he went to block the way, he knew he would only be a minor distraction but he was hopeful he could prevent any death mostly his own.
"creepy little b*****d...." Damian mumbled to himself as he followed shudder a bit. whoever this kid was he wanted to beat him up. travon helped toad onto the aircraft, he had been on here once before. but it hadn't been moving. "does anyone know how to fly this thing?" travon asked hoping someone did or there was an auto pilot. Akira was looking at the control, then she spotted it. "ah ha! found an auto pilot but where do we tell it to go?" she said turning to ask toad he knew where other remaining Brotherhood factions where

"Question, do they have a jet?" Jaime asked Kit, "because I'm seeing that guy with the B.O. from the basement in a jet."
Tala swore, a fine string of words picked up from Kit, and started running down the hall. "Yeah they f***ing do!"
Kurai did her silver surfer bit that allowed her to move faster than normal.

new pic!!!! hope you guys like it  "uh-oh the coming faster now..." Brett thought. he went over to a wall and located a panel. it took him a sec but closed and locked all the large doors between him and kit's group. hopefully it would take a minute for kit to burn trough them."what the hell do they not have these rich bastards..." Damian said running after to keep up with everyone who suddenly decided to speed up.

Kit sped up then broke out into a run as she followed the scents. It took a few minutes but she got to the door where Brett was standing outside guarding. Soon the rest of her team caught up and she couldn't help but laugh. "Are you serious? Brett...move, now." She growled out but it was already to late. The ground shook as if the hanger doors were opening and the jet was taking off.
Lucky for them Mortimer was trained with jets and helicopters, having always been the pilot when Magneto needed him to be. Soon the hanger doors finished opening and the jet was lifting off the ground. "Alright here we go." He said and the remaining members of the Bayville Brotherhood flew away from the Xavier Mansion.
