So sorry that I haven't been here for a few days - now that I'm back home, I'm getting everything organised for me starting university next month. Am freaking out a little, because I won't be able to see where I'm going very easily, so I'm afraid that I'm going to get super lost! I would really appreciate your prayers and kind thoughts towards the end of this month - that I'm able to settle into uni life easily, and that my illnesses won't get in the way of me making the most of my time there.
In other news, in a Chronic Pain group that I helped set up for youth (there are only three of us...but we're aiming for more), a local radio station has decided to sponsor us, and help us raise chronic pain awareness in the community, especially trying to spread that message that kids get chronic pain too. A lot of the time we get skepticism simply because it's rarer for youth to get these illnesses. Ugh, it makes things so much more complicated for us, but we're hoping that at least this will change. I'm hoping to get some sponsorship for a trip to China later this year, which is a youth summit that I've been invited to. It's a camp for youth who show leadership, and they have chosen me in light of the fact that I am disabled, as well as a leader. However, it's quite costly, so I'm hoping that by spreading awareness through our group, I may also gather interest for my current mission.

Accomplishment: Saw Avatar finally. Hurt my eyes a little, but as my friends worked on it, I wanted to see it to support all their work. (And late nights!)
Castle Addition: A room surrounded by mirrors, with a wooden platform to stand/sit/lie on, on top of running water, with a collection of fairy lights hanging from the ceiling, therefore being reflected by the water & mirrors. (It sounds out there but I went into one yesterday and it was absolutely amazing. Very relaxing.)

Sorry I haven't been updating our castle.*fail* Ok anyway, let's recap now. razz
ADDED:
*arts&crafts,
*paintings,
*arcades/video games,
*library,
*a sauna/spa/jacuzzi indoor swimming pool,
*a maze-like garden,
*a surround-sound theater (indoor), (was added earlier, but left out the indoor part - ty alicia for pointing that out)
*an instrument room (ie. piano, harp, violin, etc),
*a karaoke room,
*indoor pets room,
*tunnel-like aquarium
*outside next to the garden, a 200acre fenced in cage, as a Wolf Reservation.
*Stables for horses to board
*entire castle surround w/ reservations for diff animals - each a diff biome (animal utopia).
*An inside courtyard w/ fresh air & the sound of running water (includes a fountain).
*a huge awesome kitchen with a chef
*Elevators instead of stairs for those of us who struggle to walk.

*A moat or something sorta-like a riviera surrounding the entire castle. (This is my latest add btw)

AliciaLeone Ah, it has been so long! I am so sorry! The "Quick Links" button on the bottom left of my page has not been working and I could not figure out how to get her... Until I finally realized that I have a link in my signature. stare
Anyways, I have not been doing well... I almost had to be sent to the hospital yesterday, but thankfully I was at a doctor's office already and they were able to give me a glucose pill. I have been in alot more pain and have barely left my bed the past 3 weeks... I hope everyone else has been having a better time than I have! heart
Accomplishment ~ I took a shower today and was able to sit in our rec room today for 3 hours
Castle Addition ~ Indoor movie theatre. (TY for reminding me to update our castle... your idea had been incorporated.)
and low pains, better days for all of HSLS.

Hi guys! Sorry I havn't been on >.< Whoops! It's been a little chaotic... I got 20+ inches of snow over the weekend (I got Friday, Monday, and Today {Tuesday} off of school!) And supposedly I am to be getting 10-20 inches tonight 0.0 HOLY CRAP. Gah, I hate this...
I see we've made additions to our Castle!!! YAY!!! <--- That thing is so much fun!
Oh gosh... I've lost my trian of thought... ooopsies... Haha! Well, I hope everyone is doing well today! And tomorrow... and so on!

OG LoLo ~ Thank you, I will be praying for your pressure sore! I have never had one because I can move positions often enough, but I completely understand how hard that must be! I have a hard time healing anything, a part of what is wrong with me, a normal cut that takes 3 days to close for a normal person takes about 2-3 weeks for me.
heart Valentine's Day is coming up tomorrow, I hope everyone knows how much you are loved and cared for here as I am sure you are treasured at home as well. I love you guys!... Er... Girls! heart
Accomplishment: I got up on my own today!
Castle Addition: A hamster trail that runs through the whole house, room to room.

Hi everyone! I have come to inform you that I cannot be a part of Dreamed Integrity anymore. My health has been failing, and as you've noticed, I have not signed in for quite some time. I'm so sorry to let this forum (especially) go, but I know it will continue, as I see it has. I will continue to pray for everyone and again,.... I'm so very sorry to let everyone down. Please do not be mad at me. I love you all.....This is for good, this time...... sad

It is with mixed feelings that I talk to you as your new captain. I love this Guild and all it stands for, but in the past few months it seems to have been creating some more stress for people, than relief. This is something I would love to change. I'm so sorry that I haven't been on, as just as boldie made me captain, I was sent to Auckland. Please message back here if you are still active, because right now, I really need some support. Sorry for the random mix of feelings in this message! How is everyone feeling at the moment? I'm sending my love and thoughts to everyone.

Hi Ailsa !
Maybe you could make an announcement (I can help you with that privately), and let everyone know that boldie isn't the captain anymore, that you are, and stress that help is what you need and/or need to know how many people are active in this guild. Also, you can check by the posts they've made under guild members how active they are.
I went to boldie's house this morning, and she's not lookin' good. All bent over, and wincin' in pain. We talked about how she felt about leavin' the guild and all, and I know she's real sorry. She never thought that right after she took captainship, that her health would start to really go crazy. AND, her doctor is putting her through "hoops" changin' all kinds of meds on her. I feel real bad for her. And I know for a fact, that she feels super bad that (in her words) "she feels she just dumped this on you", and if she could, she'd have done things differently. It was like all of a sudden--POOF-- she's gone. I'm sure (which we didn't go into) she didn't plan that "poofin'". lol Ailsa, please don't hate her, or be dissapointed in her. She knows that you, too, are in a bad way health-wise. Maybe it's because respectively, ever since she joined D.I., and Madralyn put her as a co-captain, that SHE was the one doin' most of the work from June up until December DAILY. Maybe it was just too much for her after that. I don't know. This is all per speculation on my part. But, I would hate for you to hate her, just because she went off the "deep end" so-to-speak.
Though ... some GOOD news ... her marriage is better. YEA! Yeah, I had to ask her about that, too, even though, it's absolutely NONE of my business. But he was gone this morning runnin' errands, so I took the opportunity while I had it-- so I asked her about it. I don't know when she'll be on next, but is there anything you wanted me to ask her or tell her for you? Don't you have her email? Maybe you guys could write to one another. Oh my.... listen to me..... I've just GOT to mind my own business here. OOPS I'm sorry. My bad.... I don't mean to get in the way. I'm sorry. Maybe I should just shut the heck up and let you guys talk oe whatever. idk. I mean well.... it's just that she looked so bad this mornin', layin' on the couch. She didn't even get up when I left. I just gave her a hug, a kiss on the cheek, and wished her well.
Hey! As far as this castle, I see you've got down a maze-like garden. That's surely to be peaceful with "An inside courtyard w/ fresh air & the sound of running water (includes a fountain)." That was something I was gonna ask if I could contribute to, but it's already been wrote down. I just wanna help and be there for people -- you know? Like, Og LoLo and AliciaLeone-- you guys have been pretty much bed-ridden since X-mas? Oh my! ... I'll have to say some REALLY special prayers for you guys. And you, too, Ailsa.... I DO hope your University goes well and you'll go right through the entire "season" hospital free. Hey! and alright for the radio station to sponsor your chronic pain group. Those three people -- are they just in N.Z. where you are? Well, I certainly didn't think I could write this much ... Good luck to all of you!

wow it has been forever since anyone posted. Hope everyone is doing well. I am very concerned about my hubby- we celebrated our anniversary on Friday - didn't do anything all day specifically so he would feel well enough to go out - we went out to dinner and then rented some videos and came home and relaxed together. However, on Saturday he crashed! We went to the store to pick up a new battery for our daughter's car and he got really sick - we hadn't done anything all day so we dont' know what happened. He is going thru a major flare right now and it scares me to see him this way. He is set to retire in just over 2 years but I am scared he won't make it to retirement let alone after that. crying
sorry I had to get it out. even he was scared by what happened yesterday so I know it isn't just me.

It is very doubtful I will be on much anymore if at all. Yesterday my daughter was wrongfully banned and Gaia has lost its appeal to me. We have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars buying gaia cash to promote the site and they ban her for something she didn't do. She has had 4 different accounts hacked over the years and they never did anything about it even after we told them who had hacked her so to H with them! I'm sorry to dump this on you but I really needed to vent. If anyone wants to stay in touch I am on Facebook - please send me a pm here and I will be happy to add you there. I will continue to check in periodically but won't be doing much otherwise. Hugs to everyone who needs them - I know I sure do. crying
