Every perk has it's own requirements and are also separated into 4 categories: Non(Has no tag), Combat, Medic, Tracker/Sensor. Non role specific perks will always be w/e the requirements say it to be. However, lets say you are a Medic. THe Medic Perks will always have the same requirements for you but the ones of Combat and Tracker/Sensor will be doubled.

Sai that was so confusing I'm going to help you out abit D: Say your a Medic Itchida, All of your perks cost the "Normal" Requirements, say a Medical Skill has a 50 Intelligence Requirement. If you were to dip into a Combat Perk at level 50 Intelligence it would cost you 100 INT in order to get it, Just because it's not your specific class that you are in.

You know that if you attack sushi-kun, Hibiki is going to defend him. See, in his mind, Hibiki is devoted to Kiri, Kiri puts him on a team with Sushi-kun, Hibiki is now devoted to Sushi-kun, despite their differences.
But I dont plan on attacking anyone other than the intended targets. :3 (we'll save our fight for another time if nothing happens this time around.)

That doesn't matter if sushi-kun pisses off my character then he'll attack him. Also he's going to attack your character just because I have to. My character hates yours but don't metagame that and start trying to make friends with him or anything. This fight is going to be an important character development moment razz
