Nah, it's not inside of her, though it is a good guess, think more about what I said regarding the Necron race and Blood Sea in terms of being in the way.
But I plan on keeping the Trans gate safe within the Megaplex until after Xiaeriene goes through it. Hence why it is in the Megaplex, which is pretty much untouchable except from within. It has a Coxial Cannon even more powerful than the one Torasia uses. but it won't be around later after the Megaplex is destroyed. That is the good thing about the Sensory Tower, It provides Hellion city and the surrounding areas with awesome defenses. Once Hallas and Vain's 2 chars meet Borza, he will be sending them on a nice little missions to get Daniele's Seal from the mines. I will give more info on Daniele when that time comes, but I can say that, Daniele built the Megaplex and was the first Grandmaster of Auctoritania. She was also an Ursak, and Hallas is a direct descendant of her, making her the true heir to the throne. Of course, nobody including herself knows she is the true heir, but it will be revealed to her later on.

You forget one thing, the Necrons are below ground. The have a tomb complex spanning the whole planet since they're been there for several billion years. The Coaxial cannon is completely pointless since the second it's fired the planet 's surface in the immediate area would become molten as well as the area around the beam. Since it can melt the surface of a planet, it turns the atmosphere to plasma for quite aways around it. Which is why I kept the Coaxial Cannons on my Fleet Flagships. That would make the Coaxial cannon completely useless unless you're counting on the immediate deaths of everyone in the immediate vicinity. That also goes to say everything made of any substance would ether melt or ignite due to the tremendous heat generated by the thing. That and the Necrons can get anywhere on the planet whenever they want. Also Sal Torasia has three Coaxial Cannons and one in development. I've only used one. Which is the second strongest of the three. The strongest is on par with the Death Star.

I plan on introducing the Necrons during that mine visit.

Ryu, your post is gone, the one where you detailed how the Necron's were awakened by the torasian mining crew or something.
But as I said, no spoilers, just know that it doesn't matter WHERE the Necron's may be, it cannot stop the Tran's gate from doing it's job, as the Trans Gate doesn't have coordinates set to a PLACE. And that is the last hint I will give for now. Let's just say that Xiaeriene will eventually get to meet Daniele.

If that is the case, then I'll figure something out, I am not an expert on all of these special overkill weapons and stuff, so I am not as good with it as you. But my original plans were for the Sensory Tower to have some sort of weapon that was powerful enough to defend the City against any and ALL threats, including the torasian forces. I was later going to have it be revealed as the reason that nations like Torasia never attempted to completely obliterate Hellion City itself, because the Sensory Tower would use it's weapon and destroy the "Death Star" Of course, once the weapon is used, the entire City will be without power for at least 100 hours,, except for the wall, which is kept up by special backup generators. Also, the weapon can only be used for attacks from above, such as high altitude or space. Ground or lower altitude attacks are dealt with by the Blood Wardens, with less chance of success if completely stormed by masses of mechs(Not the smaller amount that went against Meconis) But as for an actual weapon name and specs, perhaps you have suggestions for that.

Dude, the Death Star was so well armored and armed that the only thing that could destroy it was a hit to the core. Which is why the only thing that could destroy it was fighters small enough to slip through the defenses. At which they didn't do a very good job at since more than half of red and all of gold squadron was completely obliterated. Anywho... There is no perfect weapon to completely defend a city. Even if there was there would always be some draw back which would make it completely pointless. You cant turn a city into a god. Giant impenetrable wall? Siege weapons or bombers. Go over the wall or under it. Under it is generally frowned upon by many military strategists as a simple explosion owns the s**t out of the tunnel. Giant weapon to destroy everything? An armada of hard to hit and highly mobile fighter/bombers such as the F/A-18 Hornet. There is no perfectly guarded city. If there was it would be my nation that has it. Since there is no asset that doesn't go into the military. The only to adequately defend something that can't be armored so big is to throw in multiple levels of defense nets. Such as anti-orbital defenses, anti-aircraft defenses, readily available artillery, lots of bunkers, tank traps, mines, quick response aircraft, etc. The only reason, as noted by the last Fortis post I made about declaring war, that Sal Torasia hasn't attacked is due to the fact that they haven't openly declared war on your country.

Now to discuss my cities defenses to give you an example. My main city is located on the planets moon. Everything on planet is either fortresses or factories to produce robots for the maintaining the ships leaving all available man power free.

It's located in a deep crater so that cannon fire is only capable from either artillery or ship fire. It's bubble dome is shielded. The area surrounding it has land mines, trenches, bunkers, tank traps, artillery fire. It has a star fighter and bomber base just outside the city. And is protected by the 3rd Imperial Fleet. this fleet has the weakest coaxial cannon. It's only capable of destroying ships. It's comprised of 500 ships most of which have carrier capabilities so that their bombers can ravage other fleets. They provide most of the anti aircraft, anti "orbital" defenses, and artillery fire.

The Necrons can easily defeat your wall. 1) they can just go under it. 2) Their pylons can be teleported in to destroy the wall on the molecular level. They Monoliths can do the same. 3) Most of their "vehicle" weapons are well suited for utterly destroying anything we have mech wise. While their infantry have the same for fighting against infantry. And their Pariah's War Scythes can easily carve through all knowns substances because they're made from the same living metal as their soldiers. It regenerates so it never has to be sharpened, it accommodates for different materials when cutting, etc.

So the best defense is to have variable strength defenses.

Besides you need to stop making everything so damn weighted and strong. A city is far from impenetrable and can never be as made such. Either way, knowing that your coaxial cannon could only fire once, I would simply have my smaller ships move in and pound the ******** out of your country until you were forced to fire it and move the rest of my forces in to utter decimate everything you had left and when nothing is left, raise the Sal Torasian flag in your capital with a couple of soldiers.

Also I was planning on having the Necron attack as the Vains people are leaving to go to the mine. Having everyone there killed and having Vain's guys meet the Necron Pariahs and a couple squads of Flawed Ones first hand.

I know all about the death star, okay? And as for the City and it's weapon, that is the whole point. It has horrible weaknesses. Because Celsus is good at his job. Which is RULING and BOSSING. But as far as defenses, he doesn't have access to the best, because unlike Torasia, Auctoritania actually is a Nation and not a Military Establishment, and the majority of it's peoples are civilians. Did you even read what I said about the city losing all power? That means no lights or radars, no street cannons, no sensor lasers, nothing that normally keeps the city safe would be functional. And the walls, as I have said before, are not there to protect the city from the outside; that is just the farce, the cover story if you will, that the people and even the Blood Wardens are told. In actuality, it is to keep the people in the city and convinced that Celsus is the reason they are protected. Hence the point of The Arrangement, as not everyone is fooled. But the reason they have such overpowered protection against attacks from above, is because that leaves them so horribly open below, both before and after the weapon is used. Which like you said, Torasia or any other forces could just force the weapon to be used through diversionary tactics, which is originally how I planed on it's downfall to be anyway. I kinda based it off of the rune Cannon from Suikoden VI, it's power was godly destructive, but once it was fired it had the similar effect, that allowed your forces in the game to infiltrate the enemy fortress and destroy the Rune Cannon. The only difference is, after the weapon is used, the City has Virtually NO defenses, unlike Fort El-Eal in Suikoden, save the dome over the Megaplex. which is bound by some ancient magicks cooked up by Daniele, which serve basically as the multiple defensive nets. the ancient Magicks are also the reason the Trans Gate will work, , well, that and the fact that ist is safe in the Megaplex, which can only be destroyed from the inside out, as in actualy PERSONS are the only thing that get in and out, no robots, or ships or anything else. And No PERSONS are allowed in there except for Minerva, Celsus, and Oberon...are you still planning to do Oberon? Cuz if you are, I will give you the info on the Trans Gate. As for Torasia, why is it's City on the moon, and why does this city sound more like a military base than a city? Does Torasia have civilians at all? C'mon dude, I want more, more info, details....unless you are like me, no spoilers. In that case I guess I'll wait then. maybe Oberon is secretly a Necron, lol that would be interesting, especially since that would mean a trump card for the Necrons once Xiaeriene goes through the gate. Also, I did plan on having The Arrangement make some sort of deal with Torasia for help overthrowing Celsus, especially now that they ahve already managed to enlist two of the Meconis people.

Nevermind, my question on civilians has been answered lol. Oh, and Borza has not told Hallas that his plans rely on having the Torasian help arrive around the same time that she arrives with the Meconis help. And I like the idea of the Necron attack at the mine.

Yes I read about the power down. Which is why strategically, one is to force the use of a weakly powered super weapon and then STRIKE! With the ferocity of bold, capitalized, size 24 font.

wow... I just... wow eek
Cat, that just destroyed what was left of Haru's sanity.
literaly.
He cant even see strait right now and his sister is going to have to fight for her life for saving Xiaeriene's

and If you bring in a priest of whatever, I don't mind that much, but the connection to his god would be severed. THe Gods of Cridijorob are very paranoid, and block any devine power not native to the realm.
Other than that, I mailnly was looking for a few good... person/things to join the Aronaughts.

I just had a mental image of Trace on a poster like uncle sam: "Join the army! or I'll kill you"

Damn it, why is it my gaming habits make me miss all the fun stuff >.>

So, I started playing Devil Summoner, and was instantly impressed. Granted, there's no VA, but the game sure as hell makes up for it with its beautiful art detail, as well as an amazing battle system. It's like (And I never thought I'd ever say this) Devil May Cry meets Pokemon. The main character fights simular in style to Dante, as well as he can summon Devil's that you capture into these tubes to use. (God, why does this sound so... wrong? "I choose you, Pyro Jack!" *Unscrews the lid on the tube* "Hee-human, hows it goin?")

Damn I just couldn't put that game down. And it saddened me when I gave the PS2 a break, poor thing being deprived of an amazing game right now...

Well, Travis, Yog Sototh is an evil Devil that was sealed away, he is also Cthulu's brother, and the more powerful fo the two, and right now, the only being who could go toe to toe with forces like Lady Gamaru, Kyosuke's mother, Demon Sword Medium, and the Necrons. But he is sealed away, and Father Rache's secret goals are his revival. Of course, Father rache is delusional in that respect, because he beleives Yog Sototh will purify the world and bring a Uptoia devoid of all the things that currently plague it. He is a good soul who secretly plots to do something evil because he is wrong. He will also die by the hands of Yog Sototh eventually. I'll get a pic of him up, I believe I have one of him still
Ansd yeah, I kinda planned for that to happen to Haru, because it will make Xiaeriene finally crack and go completely Emo depressed psycho, taking her out of the picture for a while. And it was also a means of getting Cyrus to reveal himself to the twins. I also plan on having Demon Sword Medium get Haru to team up with her, if he does, she will break off from the Black Star Nation and go freelance villain. Because the insane mind can be a slave to love, and Haruto is no exception.

And Vain, expect Dracgoon to have a visit from Mana soon, I just need to wait until he is by himself. And don't worry, she isn't going to talk down to him for switchign sides.

The United States of Daikus is a large, safe nation, renowned for its barren, inhospitable landscape. Its compassionate population of 36 million are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

The enormous government is mainly concerned with Law & Order, although Social Welfare and Education are on the agenda. The average income tax rate is 30%, but much higher for the wealthy. A substantial private sector is led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, followed by Automobile Manufacturing and Book Publishing.

Naturists are jailed regularly for indecent exposure, scientists recently cloned the long-extinct feather-bellied Prinny, Red Cross demand for body bags are rising while sutures are decreasing, and eminent domain has been abolished. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Daikus's national animal is the Prinny, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Darkar.

Daikus is ranked 3120th in the region and 53,541st in the world for Most Beautiful Environments.

ok 1: I meant to post where the twins went, but the wife wanted... husbandly duties performed... ninja And after that I was too tired. They are about to break open a can on my realm, where he blindly assaults his sister, not realizing it was her. He soon gets distracted and attacks the evil army, Impressing Trace. Hikaru will come back soon, but not Haru.
2:If Cyrus shows up though... he would be forced to kill one or two of the Agronaughts just to survive.
they aren't uber bad a** like the necrons, but as far as mortals go, they ar on the level of the Spartans from 300
5: Haru is angry, not evil, and would never willingly join an evil cause. This isn't Star Wars, where one momentary lapse of judgment causes you to betray everybody and kill little kids and your wife... Ok, bad example.
4: the battle is taking place on the rolling hills of Nakation.
3: It would be difficult, at best, to track down the twins to their current location. It would take a great amount of energy to scry into the realm, due to the God Wall. he thing that blocks divine power also blocks other forms of intrusion. The only reason Hika was able to do it so easily was the amount of adreanaline in her system caused her to put much more energy into teleportation than she had intended. So it would take a while for the scry, then the teleport.
