Well that and trying to fix some things in my life. =^_^=" My wife and I hit some rough places but now we're doing alright. Just trying to grow up and be more mature. Got into trouble with my family to the point of nearly being homeless. Also I'm in debt about 1900 USD so yeah... I'm working my tail off just to survive here. Trying to get into a local college and get some financial aid. But otherwise, =^_^= I'm still as happy go lucky as usual.

I think I'll come back to gaia for a bit since it seems to have grown! Its more of a wow for me than a "OMGWTFBBQ!" sortah moment. =o_o= I don't expect many of you t oget what that meant...

I've been watching a few animes between time just to keep myself connected still. recently finished Higurashi no naku Koro Ni (absolutely loved it despite I'm a few monthes late on this) and before that I actually watched BECK: Mongolian Chop Squad (double awesome!). Hmmm...Lemme think... Gun x Sword, Eureka Seven... a whole lottah animes I've seen since I've left here for my little trip of exploration, love, discovery, and life (trust me... its a b***h but I learned a lot).

-pets imbar- =^_^= I missed this place a bit too. Its tough not having a place to write my own custom reviews. And a lot of the series I have seen lately aren't even on there yet! LE GASP!!! Slackers! XD Kidding. I've been gone for nearly half a year so I can't really call anybody else a slacker except myself.

Since I'm working nowadays, I'll probably write some reviews on my off days. Hmm... I think the first two I'll write are Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni and Bokura Ga Ita. AFter those, BECK: Mongolian Chop Squad and Gun x Sword probably. Hmmm...There are a few others I've seen but I'll probably remember them later. Oh! Before BECK and Gun x SWord, probably The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi and NHK ni Youkoso.

After the list I've just named, I'd probably say I felt most connected to NHK ni Youkoso (Welcome to the NHK! in Englsih) and Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni (When the Cicadas Cry in English). Welcome to the NHK is about hikikomori-ism. Basically, people who have a phoebia of society in general and they just live cooped up in their houses depressed, lonely, and very much just enclosed. I have personal experiences much like this... Actually it was the monthes of June through October when I went through this. It was pretty... sad... and depressing... but my wife helped me out of it and I got a job so hooray! Its still tough but I'm growing.

Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni is a horror anime which takes place in June of 1986 in a town known as Hi.... something... I forgot the town name... I know it and its on the tip of my tongue but I forgot it. But there is a string of mysterious deaths and disappearances surrounding the small rural town. There are two things which made this anime such a "great" experience. First would be the storyline. It is inconsistant since there are various story arcs within the one series which is broken up into chapters of about 3-6 episodes per chapter. The way they detail the events of the story and the way they present the arcs to you is ingenious. Half the time it is a brief image of a scene later in the series (which may be in the next few episodes or even at the end of the series in one case). Second would have to be the sheer amount of paranoia amongst the characters as well as the blood and gore in which the people die. They will make you have nightmares. I only have to name two names and anybody who has sen the show shall agree that they have the two most memorable scenes in the show (and not in a good way...). Rika and Shion.... Those two characters. If anybody watches it, WATCH THEM AND YOU SHALL HAVE NIGHTMARES!! I know Rika haunted me for.... about a week... I couldn't walk in dark areas of my house since it made me all paranoid since it reminded me of it...

But those two would have to be my highlights after all the time I've been gone.

Unfrotunately, I'm feeling under the weather due to things happening so yeah. I'm jotting down my notes on what to write for Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni and thats coming along pretty well. Oh yeah. They're making a sequel!!! Yay! We may finally find out what happened to Rika-chan!!

Just look it up and watch it sometime. XD Though its a horror anime, so those who really don't like paranoia and things along those lines, please, just don't watch it before you jump off a building or something. Yes its that freaky. Well, not really but you get the point.
