*watched as Feather took hold of Radergeist hand. she was still alittle startled after being called sister. that's when Nienna appeared and collapes onto the ground.Ren notice her burned skin and draped her thick black cape over Nienna.*if you needed sun protection, you should have asked. this cape should block out the sun's raies. *she began to heal her the same way as Radergeist.* we should keep moving. the town is not much farther from here. we need a place to rest and orginized ourself.

Chibi_Gokua Nienna felt Radgergeist collapse from within her spirit and it moved something inside her. Her friends needed her, she had to go to them. She looked outside, the Sun was still shining but she wasn't about to let that interfere with what she had to do. She looked around for something to cover herself with to make the burns she was about to receive minimal. Alas, she could not find anything from within the cave. She bolted out of the cave moving with great agility and speed every so often she would let out a cry as the Sun burned through her flesh. She could hear voices, she was close by. She could see them in the distance and by this time they could hear her cries. She ended up by their side, her skin was burned pretty badly, she was out of breath. "I am here Feather, mommy is back. Do not be afraid." With that Nienna collapsed onto the ground as smoke started to arise from her worst burns. She was trying to inch towards the shade to at least escape the sunlight. "Mama..!? Mama what's wrong...?" Her worry caused the sky to immediately darken and cloud over, and she was saved from the sun.

*looks up to see the sky getting darker.*...well, that helps. *turn back to Nienna. she had just finish healing her wounds and stood up on her feet. well isn't this a fancy group ya got us mixed up with. Ren calmed whispered to herself.*shut it.

Nienna stood up completely healed from her wounds, "I thank you for that Ren" she turned to Feather, "and thank you Feather. I am sorry for what had happened before, I thought I had lost you." She tied the cape over herself sheilding the outside from her skin in case the weather changed she would be prepared. "As you have stated we should move quickly."

Nienna looked at Radergeist, "I am fine" she said as the looked at Feather hugging Radergeist. "You should take Feather, she seems to be happier with that."

After a few minutes of traveling, Feather opened her mouth and began to sing, the notes spilling from her rosebud lips like crystaline water from a golden pitcher. The words were angelic, as if bestowed upon her by holiness itself.

And never forget the times

The heavens open
O glorious with such beauty
And with them close the gates
Hades drowns in holy waters

The song was old, and somewhere, in Radergeist's mind, recognition dawned...

Now, that was old. Radergeist reached back into his mind, searching for something he had not remembered for a long time. Was it the tune, or the words, or was it both? It was almost there but...
"Where did you learn that one, Feather?" he asked. "I don't think I know it."

It was almost there but... "Where did you learn that one, Feather?" he asked. "I don't think I know it." Feather smiled and looked up at him, smiling. "A man named David taught it to me!" She giggled and rested her head back on his chest, and then frowned. "I miss him....And sometimes I feel like something bad happened to him...." She buried her head deeper into his chest. "Because of me..."

"No...No it was my fault...I wanted to!!" Feather shook violently, tears coating her little cheeks and Radergeist's shirt. The memories pouring through her head were torturing her and she began to scream. The ground began to break beneath them, a huge, red swirling of clouds appeared above them, almost sucking them all in. Once again, while touching Feather, Radergeist felt he had the ability to reach out and control what she was doing.
