Sometime ago, some playful seal animal friends found this Turtle Sub by the and took it for a joyride when a Goblin Inventor weren't paying attention. The Seals played a silly joke and the smashed the Turtle Submarine into a pile of rocks. Oddly enough, the Goblins did not see the humor in the seals' playfulness and locked them in a jail cell.
Thankfully, the adventurers guild was able to save those seals. Astalor said to Xinome as he told her a story about the Seashell Shore's Seals funny prank
