A. Making Raikiri a None Uchiha tech maybe
and
B. The Sharingan eye?
I was thinking the Sharingan eye would cost oyu like 3k Skill pnts permanently since its a permanent drain? just and idear smile

Loki: Uh.. I was thinking more like 10k lol xD since you get it permanently and 1 level takes 10k to level up >> so 10k should be the minimum for a good Kekei Genkai >>

Those will help him very well since he's going to be basicly the first only all long range Shinobi. (don't know if he is but just assuming since most of his made ups run along Quincy's)

so..
I am thinking about throwing a Storyline or Tournament in the near future in Elites.. but I want to use ROTS members' profiles to have them make large cameos in the next Tournament/SL.. if any of you would be wiling to allow me to use the Sannin or strongest of each Village then that would work since I am really wanting to test out Quix's dream of a guild crossover >>
