I read the book Orcs by Stan Nicholls.
Very good.
Its about an Orc Warband who go renegade after botching up a mission for their master, an almost steryotypical evil sorceress.

Well, she was some kind of half human hybrid and the usual evil sorceress is a human.
At least I think...
But its a good read. It was a little difficult reading the book without being reminded of the movie Red Dawn because the Orc Warband is called the Wolverines...
